Lol what made you think people are stupid? to receive paypal and cash out fast and send you bitcoins? you assuming they have bitcoins what if they have zero btc? what happens if they just cash out and never pay you? after a month their paypal will be locked, banned for shady activities. I'd suggest to users here to keep their distance from this service.

Why would the paypal account be useless after 1 month of use?  The only reason I can think of for that is if it is used for fraudulent activities.

We process roughly $10 000/day, sometimes more.
We can work with a few partners at the same time (so pie is shared)...but also with only 1 or 2 if they are "perfect" partners (meaning if their pp account allows them to receive thousands of $ per day AND if they are able to cash out quickly).
So basically it really depends on the standing of your pp account and the way you withdraw the funds.
Thus if you are able to process high amounts of money daily and you pay out quickly than it's obvious you will make more money. It's proportional...and logical.

Earning money is always a difficult task, and none offers such great profits for nothing. I only can see two possibilities: if this business is really possible, someone out there is losing money to pay my earnings (a fraud?), if this business is not possible, so we will be facing some loss because of our greediness.

The electricash comment is only presumptions and false accusations and lacks of intellectual rigor.

As said earlier we process high-risk payments (nothing illegal or immoral however. No drugs, no porn, no firearms).
And we do process a lot of money. So with only a few Paypal or "new" Paypal we go nowhere. We are already using our own PP that said. But unless you have a very good standing account, PP won't let you process thousands of $ every day without putting payments on hold and asking for a lot of documentation. This is problematic and highly time consuming, and meanwhile we can't accept other payments from other clients neither.

Hmmm are you aware that even top Ebay sellers have issues with their pp account?
There are thousands of well established Ebay sellers that get their account and payments frozen from one day to another. This is a very stressful situation when you process huge amounts of money.

Paypal is a nightmare for medium to big businesses. But it's still the only good option.

With your own business account, you can very well transact many thousands of USDs easily if you can prove paypal that you're a legal business. Even if you're dealing in some goods/services which are absolutely legal, but paypal don't allow doing business with those goods/services - you can easily make some fake documents/invoice etc to satisfy paypal.

Dealing with high risk items is never a problem with paypal. But getting chargeback/dispute is a problem surely. No matter what you business volume is, even if it is over 1 million USD per month, you can easily accommodate such fund with just few paypal accounts, if not a single. But it seems you need unlimited paypal accounts, the more the better.

Only when you're sure that you'll get chargeback/dispute against the fund, then you need unlimited supply of paypal accounts - cause within a very short time (you already mentioned 1 month after account will be unusable) the paypal account will be with negative balance with multiple chargeback/dispute.

Now, if you're doing a real business, even if you're selling drugs/arms etc, why the hell a paypal account will be unusable after 1 month, care to explain? If you're actually delivering your items to your buyer, no matter how illegal it is, why the buyer would file a chargeback/dispute? Cause unless there is chargeback/dispute - it's very hard to make a paypal account unusable/limited. Yes, paypal can of course ask for documents etc, but those can be easily dealt with fake documents. Now please don't tell me that you're very moral person, so you don't want to submit fake documents to paypal lol.

However, yes, there are lots of sellers who don't deliver what they promise or sell such items which are not allowed to sell in ebay, but they are never TOP sellers - far from that! Like seriously. A person receives the money via PayPal (which is a reversible payment mode) and sends you BTC (which is a non-reversal mode payment mode). After that, the payment is chargedback after 30 days and a person loses $3000 in a month. Probably the best scheme ever

paypal is not a small shop that you will fuck.op is going to do false sales for which he will never send any product so there will be  a dispute filed on paypal.paypal will stand with buyer if it has already released funds then it will contact your bank put chargeback along with their chargeback fees.
in short you will get 1000$ from which op will take 700$ and after  a month you pay back to paypal 1200$.
so op is ready to keep faith on you that after you recieve in paypal you will give him in btc.

Submitting fake docs: Paypal does limit accounts left and right everyday, many people lose their original account and hence due to nature of the business they conduct, paypal is only option for them to get paid - they resort to "stealth accounts" and submit fake details, documents etc. Is it illegal? That depends on many factors. You cannot say it outright illegal as paypal is neither govt organization nor bank, so I doubt how illegal it is - and also it depends on which country you live and what is the status of paypal as financial institute in that country.

But as long as you're doing a fair business, paypal does not give a shit, and why would they anyway? It's not like paypal checks the documents with govt database (depends on country, in some country, they actually check with govt database), so as long as you're delivering what you are selling, neither your buyer, nor paypal gives a fuck to what info you used etc.

Frauding paypal: This is what exactly you're doing - using stolen CC or by frauding in Ebay. To be honest, I don't give a shit about that, paypal, ebay, banks they all fuck us everyday - so even if you're frauding them - they well deserve that! However, here you're using innocent noobs and their paypal account - this is not "fraud", this is "evil". To fraud paypal, you need lots of stealth accounts and cashout strategies - but you're acting like a little cheap pussy and using innocent people who don't deserve it really! No need to be such serious mate, nobody's money getting stolen here. Paypal and ebay will refund the buyers money and in case of CC, bank will reimburse to card holder.

I have been in this thing but in my case it was expedia and  not paypal.there was a fake hotel listing and i had booked family suite there.expedia had paid me 400$ as it was difference amt(the new hotel i was relocated its price was 400$ more than my previous rooms rent for 2 nights) in nearest hotel for 2 nights of same kind of hotel.Do you think this means expedia bears all loses??lol they had filed a case against that giy and made him pay all the money.Because along with me many were relocated.For me as a buyer service was done in time properly but they didnt go in loss they got all it back along with some more amt from that fucking person.

While we are not involved in scams, you are right about Paypal.
They do keep hundreds of millions $ for 6 months (limited account) and they do earn a lot of money with this scam (interests).
This IS one of the Paypal scams.
Another scam from Paypal: they will block a payment to receiver (B) + limit account arguing some bullshit (payment has not been authorized or something like that) AND debit the same amount from sender's account (A) + limit account arguing another bullshit (it looks somebody else has accessed your account...).
So let's say payment is $1000. B can't cash in/out the $1000 he received (Paypal frozen it) and A owes $1000 to Paypal (or has been double debited of $1000).
Net gain for Paypal: 2000$ (if money is never unblocked) + (2000 x % interest x 6 months).

That's how Paypal works, and we have had many proofs of that, working with the bilateral accounts of victims of that scam (legitimate accounts and payments).

I know lawyers are working to file a class action against Paypal.
The point is Paypal is a big big scammer, but pretend to be on the right side of the law.
I am not a lawyer so I can't say if what they do is entirely illegal,
but one thing is sure it's totally immoral.

While I have no problem your fraud business personally - I release paypal 21 days hold, so I meet those people everyday. They need not to tell me what they are doing, but I know it when I see a transaction in their account and it's a 400$ paid by some buyer for a i-Phone 7 plus. So I have no moral issue that you're doing paypal fraud, that's your call totally.

But if you really want to do it - why not you invest money and taking time to create your own stealth paypal accounts and aging them properly with transaction history and then after 2-3 months you can pull of that fraud. Paypal DOES NOT work with law enforcement as much as they pretend.
....just like credit card companies (visa, mc etc) DON'T work with law enforcement as they pretend.
(they will do if someone has been able/or try to enter their servers and gain access to data).

Very simple: Paypal like credit card companies and like banks....want to make the people believe it's 100% safe to use their service on
Internet (which is not).
So when Paypal and banks and credit card companies lose money from some monkeys...they just shut their mouth and take their pills.
They have a % of losses already expected for that. So this is the little risk that comes with their very lucrative business.

As for a negative balance into a Paypal account....it really depends on the country. Most people of most countries have no problem with that. In many years I have heard of only 1 case of someone who received a call from a collection agency and that's it.
This is just not the way Paypal works.

But once again, we do not encourage any illegal behavior and we respect the laws.

DO NOT fall for this guys. As stated by user target above, some of you might have your bank accounts attached to your paypal accounts. If you do and massive chargeback encur, paypal will charge your bank. If you dont have the balance in your bank account to cover the chargeback then the troubles get worse for you.

There is enough info. This is a chargeback scam where your paypal is useless after a month. If you were doing this for the last month means your have paypal connected to bank account. So after one month not only your paypal account is useless so is your bank account and your credibility .

Once they are done hacking your account, then all i can say is sorry they already hack your account and get the money if you have any on that account.

Just my 5c. Transfer of $10,000/mo is a red flag for all banks who works with USD. PayPal is also a bank and use same investigation technique.

1. Before I hook up my 20 verified Paypals, you need to send me $100 per account, in BTC or unmarked Ethiopian currency.

People are always curious to get shortcuts in getting quick money. You can only earn through working hard, not through shortcuts.

then you don't have to transfer it for monthly, you can do it for weekly but in small until middle amount and i think paypal will not suspicious about your activity. but i am not sure about this opportunity, maybe OP needs to explain a little bit so we can know what exactly OP want and people will not thinking that this is a scam.

Well. it depend how personal your account is. Even here you can find a service to open PP account without using your name and IDs.

20-30% ??? Dude what are you buying. Drugs ? Guns ? Human trafficking ? What on earth could you be buying that you need someone else to use their PayPal. Maybe counterfeit good ? Whatever it is its not legal since you want others to pay for it and I dont know why anyone would pay anyone 20-30% unless it was something illigal and even then why use PayPal ? This reeks of fishyiness.

You receive $1500 from Account A, you send $1200 to Account B (same user), Account A chargeback/used a stolen credit card.
gg you now have a -$1200 paypal balance

Oh I knowed that it is something suspicious but woow this is so good desinged washing money strategy or what it is but I dont like that kind of job better report that user if he do that.

I have doubt that this method will work but as paypal is a bigger company and they have the documents of users so they will file a case against those who will do this type of scam and then you will be punished for this act by the law.

I think we do not have to call it as business because it is not a legal way to make money on paypal but it is only a fraud and scam tactics to grab some free money from paypal account or from people who do not know that what the trick these people are doing with them.

I have an old paypal account and Im interested in payment processing but you will have to tell me details of the countries and source of the funds to my paypal.  Does it have to be paypal, why not just send me money to my bank account.  I can accept foreign currency if thats a problem and I have bitcoin to send so thats fine in theory
