Username and password can be added from mysql database or file. Not same thing, with this configuration you can launch your own VPN Business. For WHMCS not using it but if you have addon it will be easy. Any VPS that accept enabling TAP/TUN + root privilege.Like asia united states UK Russia.. do we still need an account in other website to get those server? before we can make a vpn? You can get IP server from any hosting provider (You buy small VPS for each countries).
