I sent a request for my KYC verification on January 18th and today I received this mail from Coinsecure:

I tried to contact them also via the website but I got no response. I haven't ever waited so long for verification and maximum it has taken 10 days by my bank for the verification process to get complete. I'm really disappointed with coinsecure.

Nowdays users are facing quite a few issues with CS. This was never before some time ago. Is it due to less people or how many users suddenly registered on their website that is causing so much delay. Hope everything is well @ CS

As mentioned they are under much work load. I suggest to contact their support over telephone  to understand current situation. That will help you properly.
Edit: CS should have sent email after one week if there is delay. Nonetheless it is best exchange with lower fees.

The same problem i am also facing it is more then 30 days and still my KYC is not verified due to this i am not able to trade in the site and even their is some problem with the site login in between days i was not able to login and they were giving the wrong username or password but with the same password today i am able to login. I wont recommend anyone to this exchange.

What docs u have submitted for KYC verification at CoinSecure?

I am able to login but 30 days is too much. I've already waited for 20+ days and this is the email I receive which means they are going to delay even more now. I can still understand that they are having too many requests but they need to give us a timeframe atleast.


I submitted my Aadhar card.

I see Benson may be quite busy past 3 or 4 days , But there is no Issue on CS that i can assure cause i withdraw almost regularly without any problem . They just having overload as per their staff amount to handle the huge amounts of requests and all , Its over 3 days now and i am still waiting for a btc payment to get credited on my CS Wallet . Strangely that transaction has over 400 confirm in blockchain now but still not credited to my CS Wallet . I did mail to CS support but as usual no reply yet . Benson may shade some light about the situation here .

I don't doubt them as I know they are trusted but here time is also important. When my bank also delays the account opening and verification process, I complain to their customer service and get a response within 24 hours. Here I don't even get a response.

It's surprising that they are delaying deposits also. They need to fasten their services else many users would shift to other exchanges. I use unocoin too and they are so fast. My verification took 24 hours and every withdrawal is done within 24-48 hours.

i was too unocoin customer before .. But yes i also agree CS Support need to be active more . Lets wait for Benson at least , i am sure once he come online he will fix this .

@BlackShadow007, saw your message a bit late, should not have any issues with BTC deposits, but it will be sorted asap, if still not fixed.

We are undergoing some massive queues and tough to move faster with limited staff.
We have hired out few more people for compliance, but looking at the load, I can assure everyone that verifications will take time.

Our volumes also take a hit when we get unmanageable loads on support as well, so not doing any of this to extend anyone's wait times.
We have been around for over 2 years and now is the time that the tempo has certainly picked up.
As always, we will overcome these challenges and fix all issues and verifications.

The login issues have been fixed, clear cookies if you are still unable to login.

Please also fix my pending btc payment also which is over 4 days now unverified but it has like 598 confirmation on Blockchain . I did send you transaction ID via Bitcoinforum Private message . Check and fix that please asap . Thanks for your reply on this .

Can you let me know approximately how much time will it take? I already sent my documents on 18th Jan and it's been over 20+ days. Will it be done by atleast 18th Feb or will take more time?
