Title: How does the bitcoinwisdom.com alarm work?
Post by: cellard on February 08, 2017, 06:38:44 PM
Im trying to watch what happens when we go back to $1068 before the PBoC triggered panic sellers to buy back cheap BTC, so im trying to set an alarm at $1068. I have noticed bitcoinwisdom.com has a way to set alarms, but I have set one at $1059, we reached the price, and nothing happened... I was expecting a nice alarm sound to wake me up.

So how do I make it ring or something so I notice we crossed the price?

It does ring but I doubt it can wake up a sleeping person lol. Lasts only a second like message alert tone.

You have a smartphone using regularly? If yes, I suggest to use the Bitcon Ticker Widget instead to have you an instant prompt both sound alert and notifications right at your notification bar.

Yeah the bitcoinwisdom alarm is pretty stupid. I somehow managed to make it ring and it was a 1 second beep and really silent, how dumb was that?

Now im trying again by setting a high price alarm of $1054.5, we reached that and it didn't ring.

Looks like its time for me to find another website.
