Surprised there are BTC Senior not familiar with Circle -considering the heavy media coverage it had about the crowdfunding-, They used to offer the same services offered by Coinbase, however in December last year they changed the crypto-based buy and sell system to a mobile payment app basically.

And the name/link is .... easy to find. Circle.com

That's because the circle, has been used to the majority of Americans,
 and since  December 2016 the Circle app stopped supporting the exchange of bitcoin.

Circle is not very popular if you are not within in the United states.
They did stop accepting bitcoin i remember reading about that a while ago.
