You are looking for 30 staff members and you are paying $250 to each one or $250 to staffs (it means one staff member will receive minimum $8.3???) I understand now, that first of all, making money from a forum without much audience is very hard, and you won't ever have that much money to pay your moderators. I understand now, that first of all, making money from a forum without much audience is very hard, and you won't ever have that much money to pay your moderators.
