Can you also add the company that these developer aim to negotiate with and all the needed legal documents for the project?
I know this project is possible if and only if the developer is serious enough to pursue the plan and got the fundings. In my opinion this is easier to do than process and develop a coin that promised certain platform and new techs that is susceptible to attacks (e.g. ETH, PSB extra 10m exploit).
