Title: Cryptiply.com SCAM alert!
Post by: Jumbley on February 15, 2017, 10:51:29 AM
The Cryptiply site      https://cryptiply.com/

Suspected of being a PONZI scam.

Claiming to have server issues that they are working on.....suspected of being BS!
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1753724.msg17855920#msg17855920

Topic is now locked and people can no longer express their disappointment or make scam accusations there.

Documented evidence of DigiByte community members duped by this 'obvious' scam!

Nobody has a ‘sure thing method’ for doubling an investment; if they did they would not need any funding from others. The only people that use this kind of site are people that are gambling on seeing a return before the scammer shows their true intentions and stops paying early gamblers. Don’t risk it!

The admin has disappeared from the topic he opened on this website to advertise his scam https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1753724.0
I guess, since he is a user of this forum, it is possible to track him down and sue him? He stole lots of money.

Yes, they probably have got away with a lot of money, because apparently a lot of people were using this website. For anyone who is not seeking ridiculous returns on their money, it is obvious that they are running a sham HYIP with daily returns. Unless someone files a court case and a subpoena filed for records, it is unlikely the staff at this website will turn anything over - even if they do, the best you'll get is an IP address or email.

I identified the addresses where scammed DigiByte funds moved, in my posts on the DigiByte thread.
An exchange or service receiving funds from these addresses would know they are dealing with scammed funds.
Organization of this kind of information might be a good place to start, if you really want to stop this kind of thing.
Maybe the best you could hope for is freezing the funds on the blockchain but at least that would be good for the affected cryptos and perhaps the crypto community as a whole.

What you said would be possible just if someone files a court case but in this case it should be not difficult the get the ip of our gentleman MooC Tals from the admins of this forum
I think something like this is possible just by gathering all the people who were scammed by cryptiply to start some sort of class action
Contacted the guys which Cryptiply acccount on twitter has been following, want to see how this turns out

Haha -

I think the first step is to set a negative rating on his account - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=68808, not many people have done this.

Actually once I got on my account a 50$ AGC  and day after $ was deducted due to it was bought with stolen credit card.
And then never more bought GC online due to it.
