I already start using GUIminer. Succesfully join to "slush's pool". GUIMiner displays in bottom-right corner about 900 khash/s. But in bottom-left corner, it says "Shares: 0 accepted". The mining pool break one large problem into smaller problems for miners to solve. You receive your reward (btc) based on the number of shares submitted.
