ZombieWager Online Sportsbook is a fully legalized business entity in Costa Rica.

We have been in closed beta testing since last year and are now ready for open testing. There is no real difference between "open testing" and "officially open", other than we humbly ask your tolerance with minor bugs and if we are just a bit slow with customer service while we train our staff. Payouts are still guaranteed to take less than 24 hours and there are minor cosmetic changes being made regularly. Of course, we greatly welcome any bug reports. The wagering is official and winnings will be paid out. We welcome you to test us out and spread the news regarding your experience. We are fully compatible with PC and Mac, but are still working on being mobile-compatible. Thank you for your patience.

Oh my!

Thanks for reporting that. Do you mean you can't access the home page? Or you can't get through the registration process? We haven't had any problem like that before.

Again, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

I solved the mystery. It's possible you may be logging in from one of the countries which is blocked by our server. Sorry for the inconvenience. It's not something within my control. That's the way our IT department wishes it to be set up.

Update:

In the spirit of transparency, please permit me to update you. We realize that visitors from some countries are unable to access our site.

This matter has been brought to the attention of our head zombies. Yes, we have some countries blocked. I'm surprised that a DiceNDice found that UK was blocked, because as far as we know, it shouldn't be. Other countries, such as Romania, are known to be blocked.

One of our priorities this week is to discuss and make a decision whether we will choose to unblock some or all of these countries. In the meanwhile, most of you already know that VPN's will get around this issue.

Again, to those who are affected, thanks for your patience and understanding. For those who are unaffected, we welcome you to try us out.

I know many of you are asking if and when we'll have Asian Handicapping and E-Sports. We are working on it furiously. It is not something that we can just do ourselves. It involves future collaboration with friendly third-parties. More updates to follow.

There is no any point in blocking some countries because as payment is done with bitcoin why country of players is your concern  :(

Also i have seen many other registered sportsbook in Costa Rica or any other countries allowing users from all around the world. So i don't think country of players will cause any legal harm to your company.

It's really odd why you choose from the 1st place to block countries that are not blocked commonly.
I think you should reconsider and re-evaluate this, without asking users to do anything more than to...deposit and withdraw... ::) ;)

Besides, as posted already...

Just mentioned above site is unreachable which been said its restricted on some region and tend to use VPN and it does really work.I feel the creeps of the spooky design of the homepage but well i do really like it though and would wait for other users feedback regarding to site experience.

Tried accessing site with TOR browser and after few captcha verification i get into site.
Also site doesn't look extraordinary than any other existing sportsbook we have like directbet, sportsbet, nitrogensports etc so what is benefit of using your sportsbook with so much struggle to even access it.  ;D

You have a point those ip restrictions should really be remove because not all people all over the globe would able to access to the site if they would like to try out the site then their interest would be gone and thats really a disadvantage for your site.Just our opinion.

my country also excluded and looks like your site banned almost all countries which is come from 3rd world countries and banned the particular countries will decrease your chance to get more players and i suggest you to more concern to the players from those countries

UPDATE:

Your input has been clearly heard and is being acted upon.

I expect that within 48 hours, I should be able to report a decision on whether or not to open up the servers to more countries. It is not as simple a matter as just deciding to do so. We have colleagues with whom we share the server farm resources and therefore, we have to courteously involve them in the decision. I hope to be at liberty to share more details soon. Thanks again for the input.

Share the server farm?

I don't see any benefit in saving server resource by restricting few country. You will not get any success if you restrict most of the countries like this.

If you accept people using VPN's it is high time that you should start unblocking IP restriction because it makes no sense that you accept people using VPN and start restricting people. Hope this will change in the future and good luck with the new project.

If you are working with bitcoin then it is better to provide it to every country of the world because bitcoin is a worldwide concept and if you will provide a restricted service then it will not be thought as a better service and not everyone will like to join it.

Is zombiewager.net the same site as the zombie wager.com ? Both seem to have the same template or background. Would also appreciate if the sites were secure.

The decision is done.
We're making changes and when the site is back up, it will be fully accessible from all countries. Thanks to all who have given input. We have heard your voice.

Once upon a time, a tight group of friends and family who have had a long successful track record in the sportsbook industry for decades but who knew absolutely zero about bitcoin happened to cross life paths with another group of friends and family who are super passionate about bitcoin but who knew little about sportsbooks. Together, naturally, the idea for ZombieWager was hatched.

We know we are not the first bitcoin sportsbook, and we aren't necessarily planning on becoming the biggest, but we hope to be one of the better ones. We know that listening to the customers is an important part of this. It's early, but we are having a lot of fun in the process. We hope you will join us in our journey and try us out.

Good decision that you had listened on most people here regarding on restriction to your sportsbook site and thats really a good move made by yours because for now it would up in all countries without any hassle which means they could play anytime. Goodluck to your site

The .NET is a mirror site for emergency use in case the main site is inaccessible due to hacker attack. It can place bets, but it doesn't have the means to make BTC deposits.

We have everything in place for conversion to https. There is but one issue. Our third party Dynamic Live Betting is not compatible with us switching to https. This should be a solvable problem, we hope. But we need time to work with them on a collaborative solution. So it's a choice between keeping it http instead of https or suspending Live Betting. Sorry, I know it sounds like a copout answer, but it is the fact of the situation. So in summary, yes, we are responsive to the advantage of the greater security with https. We need to work with a third party so that we can implement the change and still be able to offer our popular Dynamic Live Betting. Thanks for your patience.

We are really grateful for the good feedback we are getting from our new players. Thanks!

Good to know you are trying to fix your site to be more accessible to all countries going forward.
Also another suggestion would to be to hold a signature campaign for your site because for nearly a whole month I never heard of your site until i stumbled upon this post of searching for 10 minutes for another site to use for sportsbetting.
