I currently have 64$ in my PayPal account I want btc for it. Will use escrow.

Send it my way but it won't be only 5% sorry.
Give me something above 15% and we got a deal for a small amount like $26 comes out too.
Pm me if you agree cause that is what almost everybody are selling their rather valuable (in the so near future!) bitcoin for.
You will notice for a larger amounts the rate asked for will increase up to 30%.
I got from one guy asking for it in a pm to me just last week. :-[
But when price was 10% less than what it is now currently on preev.

Escrow only protects the scammer because he can reverse the PayPal after he gets the BTC...

I don't get it why do everyone has the same mentality here I just want a small trade and done reversing isn't what I do.

I don't fault you for being skeptical, but escrow is absolutely useless with PayPal because of chargebacks.  In these deals, the person with PayPal should send first (in my opinion)--but only if you have reason to trust the other party.  I've done deals the other way around with trusted members and they worked out, but it's always risky.
