After 3 days, the unconfirmed transaction was probably dropped from most nodes' mempool.
Do you still have the tx id and/or the addresses?
If you do, i can check if it's still in my mempool (i drop tx'es after 4 days, altough with the huge backlog, i cannot guarantee your tx will still be in my mempool). If it is in my mempool, you (or i) can re-broadcast the tx, or you can contact the bitbargain support dept... Maybe they can re-use the unconfirmed inputs to create a new tx with a decent fee.

what the explorer says ? have you check it ?
Prolly it has to do with the extra long transaction queue waiting to be confirmed , and since you saying you did not pay extra fee, i guess its gonna take a while

you're in luck ;)
The transaction was still in my mempool. Here is the raw, signed transaction with tx id c39df350bbbd51ee141f012cdff04af1be00ba5f3f26e38989c7e00f59e27804
Code:
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

now, you can use a couple of webinterfaces to re-broadcast the tx...

https://blockr.io/tx/push
http://www.mocacinno.com/index.php#txpusher
https://blockchain.info/pushtx
https://blockexplorer.com/tx/send#!
...

However, this does not fix the fundamental problem with your tx:
http://www.mocacinno.com/feecheck.php?txid=c39df350bbbd51ee141f012cdff04af1be00ba5f3f26e38989c7e00f59e27804

The fee is way to low, so the miners aren't enticed to add this tx to the block they're currently working on... More information can be found by following the link just above this line ;)

Now, as for losing your coins... As long as the sender doesn't re-use the input he used to create tx c39df350bbbd51ee141f012cdff04af1be00ba5f3f26e38989c7e00f59e27804, you won't lose the coins (altough you might have to re-broadcast the tx every couple of day(s)... If he does re-use the input, and the double spending transaction has a higher fee/byte, this transaction will be cancelled as soon as the double-spend transaction is confirmed. In this case, you can contact the seller's support dept and ask them to re-send your funds.

Read the viabtc section of http://www.mocacinno.com/feecheck.php?txid=c39df350bbbd51ee141f012cdff04af1be00ba5f3f26e38989c7e00f59e27804 (Asking a pool to include your tx in the block they're working on).
You can also offer a bounty to Quickseller or macbook-air (link to their profiles are also on the page), or, since you're the receiver, you can also try a CPFP... There is a wizard on my page to help you with this (do ask the community to double-check the transaction before you sign it, the wizard is in bèta)...

Other than that, it's basically waiting and hoping you're lucky, or contacting your seller and asking them to help you (altough i doubt they'll be willing to do that, as for the moment, there is a huge backlog, so they'll probably be buried in help requests).

Is there anyway you can do this for me

Is there anyway you can do this for me

viabtc is easy: visit https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ and paste your tx id.

CPFP:

I can do a (small) part for you...
You gave the link https://blockchain.info/address/18kdjpPEo84QFE2gdLMLacME3cTGMWqMY1, so i assume your withdrawal address was 18kdjpPEo84QFE2gdLMLacME3cTGMWqMY1?

If this is true, I created a raw, unsigned, transaction to use the 0.5509 BTC  input to create a 0.5502 BTC output to 18kdjpPEo84QFE2gdLMLacME3cTGMWqMY1.
This means that this transaction has a 0.0007BTC fee.
So, transaction c39df350bbbd51ee141f012cdff04af1be00ba5f3f26e38989c7e00f59e27804 has a size of 260 bytes and a fee of 13000 satoshi's. The new transaction, using the unconfirmed output of the pending transaction has a size of ~200 bytes (estimated) and a fee of 70000 satoshi's. A miner can only claim these 70000 satoshi's if he also puts the first transaction into his block, hence the name CPFP (child pays for parent). Not all miners do these calculations tough, so it's still a longshot.
The combination of both transactions have a size of ~460 bytes a fee of 83000 satoshi's... That's 180 satoshi's per byte, and should be sufficient to entice a miner to add both tx'es to the block they're working on...

Code:
01000000010478e2590fe0c78989e3263f5fba00bef14af0df2c011f14ee51bdbb50f39dc30100000000ffffffff01e0894703000000001976a91455096f32bb24f3d8dd339984b32a824f4c31942088ac00000000

To read the next steps you can visit : http://www.mocacinno.com/createraw.php?inputs=c39df350bbbd51ee141f012cdff04af1be00ba5f3f26e38989c7e00f59e27804%2C1&outputs=18kdjpPEo84QFE2gdLMLacME3cTGMWqMY1%2C0.5502&submit=submit

Basically, you have to decode the raw transaction i created and see if you agree with what i did. If you agree, you'll need to sign it and broadcast it to the network. I cannot do this part for you, since i would need access to your wallet/private key in order to do this, and it would be an extremely bad idear to give away your private key(s).

The process of signing a raw transaction also depends on which wallet you're using... So if you can't figure it out, it might be usefull to know which wallet you're working with... (caveat, some wallets just won't work, so fingers crossed you used a "good" one)
