Title: Sprite, Faster Than Lightning?
Post by: OmegaStarScream on February 23, 2017, 03:09:31 PM
I was just reading an article on Coindesk[1] where "Sprite"[2] claim to be faster than Lightning network. Unlike LN though , Sprite require a soft work just like SegWit and other proposals. What are your thoughts on this ?

'That means that implementing the system on the bitcoin network would require a soft fork to add new codes to the script, just as other proposals such as SegWit would do.'

Well, I don't think bosses will allow such thing.  :D

No.

Lightning did require at least 1 soft fork, it's just the miners activated it already months ago.
