Included is original packaging, unused original headphones with unopened headphone covers. I am the original owner. I upgraded the iOS to 1.3 as of 10/21/12. I also erased all the data form the unit so it is like it is brand new. Also attached are 2 skins. The front is Mario and the back is Lugi. This skin can be removed easily. The back is shinny silver and the front is black. I didn't remove the skins to see if there where any scratches but I don't think there is.
