Your twitter is not even carrying a lot of followers and how can you do to attract people to advertise there even for free. Because instead of using your 'free' service, they can just simply advertise anything they want to with the use of their accounts. Also this is not the right place to post this, move this to services.

I agree, the twitter has no audience and that will mean even if this was a free service it would really do anything but post it on a useless twitter account. What's good though, is that there is nothing to lose for both parties here. Though, there is also nothing to gain.
