Just a simple question, where do you get your advertisers from, especially if they need to pay 4$ per 1000 visits, it seems a bit rough in my opinion?

Yeah, we have full page script. But you need to do some coding for this, "when people enters to my page they have to complete the shortener then they enter to my page". But there is a simple trick, shorten you site's homepage's url with index.php/index.html file. Then go to cPanel and add a redirect of your domain to the short link. When a user will open your site, he will be redirected to short link.
And, that depends on total campaign numbers. We promise advertisers to deliver unique visit within a 24 hour time frame. So, if a visitor made his first visit, he will generate money for one campaign, then for his second visit, he will generate money for another campaign. When all campaigns will be shown by him, he won't generate money for next 24 hours.

At present what alamin is paying is really nice rate. For all traffic he is paying 3 dollars. Thats really nice rate. If its country based , then the publisher revenue will decrease.

You should know that almost 75% visitors come from tier 2 and tier 3 countries. So, if I add tiers, publishers will get low revenue. No other URL Shortener gives more than 1$ (usually 0.30$ ~ 0.75$) for tier 2 and 3 countries.

Your CPM depends on your visitor's devices. If you have mobile/tablet visitors, you will get less rate, so the average of desktop CPM and mobile/tablet CPM is your actual CPM. I am planning to increase CPM for mobile/tablet devices after getting mellowads approval.

I really love your shortener! Has one of the best rates, but i'd recommend you to integrate any anti-adblocker because the people easily can do the captcha and skip the AD without seeing any banner and you can loss a lot  of income.

Buy a dedicated server or vps from Digitalocean or linode,amazon, they work well even under some ddos attack.

I've been using it for some time and despite the continuos downtimes I could reach the withdraw in few days.
I was forced to remove it since visitors got bored of clicking the links thinking they would earn some satoshi, to actually find out that the website was down (thing that used to happen every other day).

There's many other websites using the same platform, but what makes prol.ink a step higher is definitely the payrates (I have yet to find another shortener paying that high)

If you can keep the same competitive payrates and solve the downtime issues, I'm sure that many users will keep using it (including me :) )

I am planning to use this service too, when i will have clear info how many links / IP  / 24 hours are counting...

I'd need to dig deep in order to understand all the income related numbers and the distribution of it.

Another thing is, alamin is using adsense on it and I wont be able to do that, since mine got banned last year in August.
So, the impact wouldn't be big, if I removed adsense monetization.
We'll see. Need to chat with alamin a little bit more so I make sure I can take over
