"With Bitcoin/Crypto, what are you most optimistic about?"

Looking for 1 paragraph responses to include in Bitcoin Optimist writings. After the end of the year, the writings will be compiled, and a section dedicated to individual's answers of this question will be included.

Here's mine:

"Bitcoin could eventually become the best and FAIREST form of money to ever exist in this world. Going further, because it will retain value due to its scarcity, and because it is free for all to use, it has the potential to keep government and central bank financial shenanigans in check for those that need this protection most. Bitcoin could truly be money-of-the-people."

Banks have an unhealthy monopoly stranglehold on currency exchange.

Breaking up that monopoly is good for civilization and society.

Bitcoin is something that could change the world economy because it's decentralized. No matter how strong government to intervene, they will ultimately recognize bitcoin after much deliberation and calculation. None of institutions and groups that are able to stem mass technology, the best way is to regulate the system. Bitcoin will find best price in next few years, and make users become prosperous.

Bitcoin will level the playing field by allowing the masses of previously unbanked to become their own bank. It will allow previously isolated individuals the opportunity to participate in a wider range and field of business, consumerism, entrepreneurship and commerce which will lead to new, yet undiscovered innovations and technologies beneficial to mankind. All this in the face of continued efforts of governments and central banks to control and manipulate the world's money supply in order to benefit themselves in terms of riches, power and control, all at the expense of the masses.

Bitcoin will become the future currency and the new technology for transaction online and with the feature of anonymity and decentralized, it makes our transaction become hidden and there is nobody can control the bitcoin, in the future we will see every shop will adopt bitcoin and every user can enjoy bitcoin feature, and this currency is free from government interfering

What makes me optimistic is having a viable alternative to the ever decaying traditional banking and having a tool that makes people think about their banks and who prints their fiat.

I am optimistic about Bitcoin transferring power back to the people in their fight against governments across the world.
Power to the people.

Bitcoin gives back freedom to people. Away from manipulation of government which people dont want to be because of decentralised system. We create our own bank with ease. No identifications needed. Cheaper fees(if you want to) which is really good. This is the opposite of banks. Bitcoin is created to make the game fair.

"The more advanced the technology in the future will change also on the financial system, the banking system and old-fashioned paper currency is no longer used except with bitcoin"

Bitcoin will become a powerful and valuable asset of a person which may lead to something that everyone might not like. It will affect the economy of the future and also may lead to changing the view of person to the world.

what i think and what is more realistic than optimistic is that bitcoin will replace online money transfers in the future. and this is the least thing it can do. that means all other money processing services and accounts such as Paypal for instance will disappear or integrate bitcoin and we will eventually be able to use bitcoin anywhere online that is selling something.

Bitcoin will push forward against all odds and become the "default" option for all online payments and eCommerce. The scaling problems will be a thing of the past. Bitcoin transactions will once again be the fastest and cheapest option out there and micro payments will be the norm. ^wink^ 

bitcoin will admitted as the currency on the major countries and because currently bitcoin are being so popular even some of big companies considering to use it i think this is possible and i'm optimistic about that

I am the most optimistic about the possibility of cryptos taking over the financial world and becoming the number one choice for payments.Rising to such an extent that their volume surpass all the other payment methods out there,including credit cards

bitcoin will revolutionize the way money will play a role in this world, like internet did at that time, one big currency for the entire world and the reduction of centralization

with this in mind, some country might completely be free by their government in the future, and use bitcoin as a main currency, those poor country have a very high chance to do so

bitcoin as new technology makes our life simple, we don't have to pay for taxes for having bitcoin in our wallet, we can send bitcoin into every places as long as receiver have the bitcoin wallet. bitcoin is not controlled by any of government, we can manage our bitcoin directly, using bitcoin its mean we have our freedom to do whatever we want. if bitcoin is applied into real world, then i think it could makes the transaction more simple and not complicated like now.

In the future we will live in a cashless world. People will use their digital wallet to pay for everyday needs like as to buy/sell for goods and services. Fiat money will continue to exist but in digital form as tokens using the bank's private blockchain simultaneously with bitcoins and some strong altcoins. Anytime we will have the choice to choose the currency we are happy to use and and the conversion rate will be done automatically without the human intervention. Paper money will be in museums so as the human race to remember its history.

bitcoin has introduced a new technology to the world and today's world is going towards more decentralization, and more open source programming instead of all the closed source and decentralized things everywhere.
and this is one of the biggest reasons that bitcoin is growing and will continue growing in the future.

Access to my money with the banks were limited and I'm optimistic that with the introduction of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in general I have gained back my right to be able to access my money at will.

It is an upgraded type of currency wherein we could also invest in it to be more profitable in the future.
You cannot see that with other currencies, so getting one is a great idea. Although some fear of it because of the dark market that is happening I still think it is better than a fiat money. One thing is for sure "it is real".

if by crypto part of it you mean the cryptocurrencies in general, then i am not optimistic about them at all. because we are on a bad path, the path of copycats and zero development. and that has led to pump and dumps in altcoin scene. .

but specifically speaking about bitcoin. it is the best cryptocurrency we can have for the time being. and as we can see the price of it is rising, and this rise alone will bring more people in and lead to higher price rises in the future.

I am not the one who cares much about decentralization because I haven't got any convincing reason in its favor yet.
To me Bitcoin is my way to be rich.I am accumulating as many as I can and holding as long as it is possible for I know bitcoin price will be in millions dollar in next 10 years.

I'm optimistic about the consistent upward surge in prices of Bitcoin. It's been a roller coaster ride for some time now but I think the time is right for it to consistently rise to the level it deserves.

Bitcoin will become much bigger. Much more people will use then nowadays. The price will grow even worthier then it already is.
And most important that more shops, bars etc will start to accept the Bitcoin as way to pay. Just like they did in Arnhem. ;D

I am most optimistic about the use of bitcoin by the mass. But to see this Bitcoin still needs to be more easy to use for the people, a lot of people are still really confused with bitcoin and are overloaded with informations. Web wallet for exemple is the prefered wallet when you first try to understand how to use bitcoin

I am most optimistic about blockchain technology and smarts contracts, as well as the ways they can change financial processes.

For someone who is in since 2012 I am very optimistic over digital currencies.
The industry has been growing a lot and it still not at 100%
Right now I'm pretty sure the industry is on a rocket ship ;)

I am a user of bitcoins since 2014 December.
So if you ask me about being optimistic about them is quiet obvious.
I have see the growth of bitcoin exponentially so I know what potential it has.
The thing about bitcoins which I like the most and which I am most optimistic about is that it can be treated as a form of investment.
In the past few years ( since I have been using them)I have never seen  bitcoin's price falling as the way it rises.
What I mean to say is that it's cost has never fallen so badly as compared to the way it rises. I has risen in an exponential way.
Thus, making it a good form of investment.

For me, I would say giving back the freedom of a monetary system where the people get back a full control on theirs funds and more important how it is used. Without the control of the bank system and their limits. With a cryptocurrency system more adopted as of now

This is a challenge to me to think of something like a catchy phrase. In this case I will also join and express my opinion on bitcoin in a literary form so I can express my heartfelt idea on what is bitcoin to me. I am not sure this would be good but I hope you will enjoy reading my and like my phrase.

"Bitcoin is an honest coin that will deliver us from corrupt banking system only to end up in another corrupt system due to greed. The only way to get out of this is to change our attitude, lets start a new, lets start with bitcoin."

Bitcoin was created at first to improve our lives to be a replacement to money on the internet and to make us feel free by controlling our own money, and that idea has been changing at first people were using bitcoin as a currency and now they are using it as type of investment nothing more.

With bitcoin, the monetary system that has been established decades ago will finally be replaced. "Everything must come to an end." is one of the famous lines that are actually true in real life. Bitcoin gives you the transparency that the government is so scared of. Bitcoin will free us from all the secrecy the government has been doing. And that's something literally every single one of us is waiting for. Although it will surely have its disadvantages, ultimately it will still be good for both ends - the government and the rest of the society.

My optimistic view about bitcoin is that one day government and banks have to allow people to take loans for their bitcoin just like gold. Bitcoin will be recognized as assets more valuable than gold and it can be used in every corner of the world. You don't have to bring your credit cards with you on worldwide tour, a bitcoin wallet in your mobile phone will be enough for you to buy anything you need on tour.  ;)

Bitcoin and the other crypto currencies are new and break the regular ways of using money.
They also give more profits then the currencies that we have now. Like having low transfer fees, only used online and keeps your personal ID safe.

Bitcoins are the simplest form of money available on this planet.

Just the fact that no one controls it (theoretically as I guess China is taking over) and it's really simple to receive and send.
You just have your own money with you not with a bank that might get bankrupt and tell you to go cry.

I think it's just the future currency that we need. Many countries and companies are starting to work with bitcoins and these people won't spend $$ in something except if they see it has great potential in the future.

No inflation, high demand and fixed supply, complete privacy and you will have full control over your money on using bitcoin. So it gonna revolutionize the way we make payments, blockchain based remittance will be a big breakthrough.
