Your forgiven link in your transactions via blockchain.info is rejected by their node.
But I searched your transactions in blocktrail (https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/d0f014cf38dc7b8cebafd3079ba67a39f636a34203bdfdb80141be756eeee9ef) they showing your transactions.
Because of lower fee that attached to that transaction so its longer time to confirmed.
And it cant pushed via: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ because that is very low fee.

You have some options exlained in the thread below.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0

One option is to wait a long time.

What your other options are depends on whether you sent the transaction from your own wallet, or are receiving them in your wallet. You have less options if your Bitcoins are being transferred between addresses you don't control (like exchange addresses). In that case you could try offering to pay a miner to include your transaction in a block.

If you control a receiving or sending address you could try using the Bitcoin Transaction Fee Booster software a bitcointalk moderator made available in the thread linked below. However it requires some technical skill to use.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1506632.0

Before you can use the software you will need to download and install java from the link below, unless you already have it installed.

https://java.com/en/download/

Best advice I could give if you aren't too technical is to wait. It will confirm eventually or get rejected if you stop broadcasting it.
If the latter happens, you can always resend your funds with a bigger fee to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Yes, apparently it's the only option
this is my outgoing transaction, I sent the money for the goods and the seller have goods sent
now the seller is worried ((

Next time just pay a higher fee toto avoid stock transaction.
By the way I pushed that transaction via tool: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
And lets wait until viabtc get their next block. :D
Edit : Your transaction is already got confirmation via block 455510 (https://blockchain.info/ru/block-index/1468001)

Your transaction is already confirmed.  It was confirmed in block 455510 (https://blockchain.info/block-index/1468001)

That's why I am asking for you help... I would be so grateful if someone could do something.

Your transaction is 3437 bytes
Your transaction only pays a fee of 0.00019192 BTC
That is only 0.00000006 BTC per byte!

According to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ the fee currently needed for fast confirmation is approximately 0.00000220 BTC per byte.
3437 X 0.00000220 = 0.00756140 BTC

You need to pay:
0.00756140 - 0.00019192 = 0.00736948 BTC MORE BTC FEE FOR FAST CONFIRMATION

Your transaction will probably NOT confirm.  If the seller already sent the goods, then they are foolish, and they should be worried.

If you want to confirm this transaction then you should contact Quickseller (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=358020) or macbook-air. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=16114) here on this forum.  They both have the ability to add transactions to be confirmed in the F2Pool.  Whichever one helps you will probably require that you send them a payment of at least 0.00736948 BTC (the missing amount in your transaction).

today the transaction is again repeated automatically

because when your transaction is out there, it is out there. all the nodes have the transaction (https://blockchain.info/tx/d0f014cf38dc7b8cebafd3079ba67a39f636a34203bdfdb80141be756eeee9ef?format=hex) and are propagating it. it is supposed to drop out of their mempool after a certain amount of time (72 hours) although it may not because of different settings.

in your case, your wallet (blockchain.info) is sending it out until it is confirmed. it gives you a day/half day window of opportunity to do something else like sending it with higher fee and if you don't they send the same thing again.

It cannot be stopped but after 2 days, it gets dropped from the network and the bitcoins would be returned to the sender's address. It happened to me as well where the fee was 5-6 sat/byte and after 2 days, the transaction got dropped. Just wait another day.

What is this automatic repetition in blockchain.info?

It's when a transaction has been pushed by blockchain to get confirmed till the user doesn't try to send it again with a higher fee and if not, it gets repeated. It happened with me as well when my transaction received on 22nd Feb remained unconfirmed for 3 days and it again got repeated on the 25th by blockchain. It stops when blockchain drops the transaction.

@OP: Your transaction has already been dropped by blockchain. You should see the coins back in your wallet. Try sending the coins with a higher or recommended fee this time.

I have one blockchain transaction that's been resent a few times and has been outstanding for 8 days total.  Roughly how long do you have to wait before it stops resending the transaction?

The automatic rebroadcasting is an "issue" that users here cannot help you with. If blockchain.info is rebroadcasting, contact their support to help you. If someone else on the network is rebroadcasting, there is nothing that anyone here can do. Anyone can rebroadcast any transaction.

if this can be done by anyone, then it can become a vulnerability?

No. There is no vulnerability. Rebroadcasting does not give anyone the ability to steal other people's Bitcoin. It does not risk anyone's Bitcoin nor does it cause issues for nodes. It only causes a problem for poorly written wallet software which does not have an option for removing the unconfirmed transactions.

If you're still using blockchain.info wallet, then I'm pretty sure your problem is going to be low fee related.

AFAIK, binfo still haven't fixed their broken fee calculation system. Recommended fees (https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ and https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx) are still well over 300 sats/byte and I suspect binfo are still using 120 sats/byte... :-\

Go use the ViaBTC TX Accelerator... and for the love of bitcoin, STOP USING BLOCKCHAIN.INFO!! ::)

Steps to Transaction happiness:

Step 1. Go and download latest version of Electrum and make sure that "Use Dynamic Fees" is on and ReplaceByFee is "Always" (Tools -> Preferences -> Fees)
Step 2. Send transactions with proper fees
Step 3. Be happy your transactions don't get "stuck" for days
