I used viabtc but it doesn't recognize my transaction and same goes for pushtx too.
Since you've used a 50sat/bytes fee, your transaction should get confirmed in 45 minutes to 19 hours as per https://bitcoinfees.21.co. How can I get the transaction sped up? You cant, at least not easily or quickly. How old is the transaction? What is its ID? Which wallet do you use? If your electrum wallet is version 2.7.0 or newer, and you enabled Replace-By-Fee in its preferences, you can replace your transaction with one that has a higher fee. However, Replace-By-Fee is disabled when you install a wallet, you have to enable it yourself. If it's not enabled, and you would like that option for speeding up future transactions, then enable it using the following steps.
