Anyone wants to start an unique gambling project?

I am a back-end developer, I am mainly searching for a designer with ideas to work together

if you want create gambling site use must have to big capital money use bankrool
if you not ready script in gambling use must buy, if you only partner can create script you must big share profit to partner
or you can try use moneypot in there script is free

I am a back-end developer, I need a web designer with ideas so we split the work basically, investment can be shared too

What kind of designer you need?  You need a person who is good in CSS?

If you don't have a strong budget,please don't waste your time as your competition is way ahead of you with funds and strategies.I know you have to start somewhere but it's better to choose a niche which has less competition.
As a developer,I can tell it's fairly easy to  get the site up and running within a few days but the real problem starts after that.
If you don't have a back-up for marketing expenses,your project will get no where.

Truth they say is bitter, why do you think someone will like to invest or share the risk of this project with you ?
I do not doubt whether you can see someone but you should be able to clearly spell out the details of the project especially the benefits, why it shall be accepted by the public, what makes your gambling project different from those already in existence and other important questions too numerous to ask here due to time factor but in a general terms people prefer to share profits more than investments.

majority in bitcoin gambling site is anonymous, without verified ID and more so is no problem abut law
but still need license if use script gambling site is reputable service example use https://www.softswiss.com service, must use license without license is not only problem abut law, but in youre site is big problem too

That's wrong.All the famous gambling sites who genuinely operate as a legit business do have a gambling license if it's required at all by the country they're operating from.Otherwise,if it's against your jurisdiction,you wouldn't be allowed to play there.Like Ip blacklisting or showing a warning message.

True, gambling casino sites holds a high amount of money and there are lots of gamblers that needs security for their money. I think those gambling sites which are only starting don't have the license yet. But as they grow, they MUST have a license since they are operating such amount of money. Well established gambling casino site like Crypto-games.net, Primedice, Bitsler and other pioneer in terms of gambling site does have license.

Here in the Philippines, online casino's are being shut down by the Government because they cannot collect proper taxes to it. Hence, they are required to have a license first before they can operate such gambling site.

Doesn't matter.They can still run the gambling site online which wouldn't be affiliated with with Philippines as the region.They can register domain names or change the ownership of the site to an individual who is based in a country where it's legal.Do gambling sites even pay taxes ? I don't have much idea about that...

My interest is involvement with a website dedicated to taking beats on boxing and MMA as there is no website that specialises in these two combat sports.
Theses sports have a global audience.
A point of difference as no other sportsbooks cater strictly for boxing/MMA so could be promoted directly to the boxing/MMA community.
Both sports have high PPV numbers.
Many events around the world do not offer betting options.
There are novel new betting options that could be offered, such as between rounds betting or chance of knockout etc
Possible joint ventures with promoters for live internet broadcasts.
Could still offer casino and sportsbook built around fight betting theme.
My background is in promoting managing and matchmaking professional boxers so I have many worldwide contacts in this sport that I could generate interest with and I know there is no sportsbooks that cater to these sports.
I know there is many other things to consider but just thought I'd share this idea.
