Title: Getting blue screen of death Post by: Robre on April 21, 2013, 05:03:00 AM So I tried a new install of windows on a mining rig, as soon as I installed the video driver I got the blue screen. I can get into windows after repairs, but, I can't reset my computer. Every time I try it either freezes or gives me a blue screen. I tried 3 different drivers, I tried a full uninstall, no go. This is a brand new windows, new hard drive.

Try this: http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/catalyst-uninstall-utility.aspx (http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/catalyst-uninstall-utility.aspx) Then run Windows Update and install all the important updates. If your mainboard needs a driver, install it. Then install your graphics driver.
