(just kidding - do NOT go install Mac Defender, although there is a legit product called Mac Defender there's also a virus called Mac Defender.) I don't know a lot of mac users who actually bother with security, and it's silly.

I've seen some mixed opinions on it, but not a lot of detail. Title: Re: How about Mac security? It does not come for free but it is well designed in monitoring any outgoing network activity and let you decide very fine grained (by port, by server, until program shuts down, forever) if this activity is to be allowed.
