The way I read the decision, those other ETF proposals are likely DOA now, because the reasons I saw in my quick skim is that the problem is the unregulated nature of bitcoin. If that's the case, any other bitcoin ETF faces the same reasoning and the same outcome. Hopefully I am dead wrong about this. Title: Re: SEC Announcement: ETF Denied?
