Is it possible to obtain a live BitCoin feed of current prices and exchange rates?

open any of the bitcoin exchange services website and go to your trading area where they have orderbooks and charts and you'll get the livest feed you can get :)

but also there are third parties such as preev.com to get the price quick but updating slowly. or use bitcoinwisdom.com to see live (updating every 1-2 seconds i think).

or if you are a programmer, use any of these exchanges API service to get the price

If you are looking for monitoring bitcoin prices manually then you can go with (https://bitcoincharts.com/markets) where you can see last traded price of bitcoins on various exchanges (around 20+ exchanges available). They also have API to extract live feed to any program or website.

There are several ways to monitor the price value of bitcoin, and one of those are bitcoinwidom.com , coindesk and blockchain. That can track the latest value of bitcoin, their tracker updates in real time, I guess this things might give some little bit help to you. :)

Check in Google chrome plug in states Bitcoin price ticker and converter to have feed in your chrome browser. Else you have see manually in the sites such as coindesk or preev. Even in exchange and wallet site also provide bitcoin price details in their home page. Choose any according to your preference.

If you're too lazy to check manually, you can try bitcoin checker (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobnetic.coinguardian). There are pretty much exchange rates with some option pairs and you can set alarm/notification too.
