I am not in germany, I am in florida (which is why I would want to escrow) I would have someone in germany pick up the cash. Then escrow would be released naturally. Then the bitcoins released from the escrow once this is confirmed (may take a bit longer) but I am willing to go that route. I would be using gweedo for escrow if you would be cool with that.
