Who are you expecting to reply ? The accused is replying to the thread and you should really sort the matter out with them.DT's could help if the other party is not replying when they're aware of the thread,that's not the case here.You both should come to a mutual agreement..

That is wierd. I have my ToS. He broke the rule so there will be no payment. Will you continue to do it if you find yourself not qualify the Rule? And moreover, for the previous account, I did pay for his effort although he did not succeed in making an account.
Then, he returned with new account and threated me to make a payment for him or he would make a scam accusation. I can not condon this type of behavior.

There is no scam. As it is stated in OPs thread:
He simply denied your account deeming it useless. I have suggested him/her to separate the 'guide' and rules/ToS to make this straightforward.

He must pay for your useless account, else you will try to tarnish his reputation (which resulted in two untrusted negatives at the time of writing, one being yours). That's the impression that I've got after reading the conversation.

I never stated that you've explicitly blackmailed him. I was assuming this to be the case based on ged00u's statement. This was before I saw the chat between him and you.

So he/she did not have the account in possession for 2 days? Did you have to spend any money for the account? If not, I don't see where the scam is then. You still have your account, the other user still has his/her BTC.

By "tons of your time", you mean you spent a few minutes setting it up and the rest was waiting for Amazon? :-X
