I also give loans to people with high interests.
I buy stuffs on good prices that can be resold easily too

For example let's take I usually bet 3-5$ on every bet. Let's say we bet $5 on the first bet and we lost it.

Than it comes the Juve game, as I said I'm sure about that game (that's why I've bet all in on it). I did so since I had $10 and that is an all-in I can risk loosing but I did place it on a secure game. So it brought me $16.50 which makes $1.50 profit when we take out the $5 loose. If I had more money I would bet even more to make the higher profit.

Anyways for today I will go low 3-4 $ on both Champion League games to have atleast 1 goal first half.

Just to drop this here, 50-70% AGC you often can see sold on LocalBitcoins or similar sites are most likely always carded (bought illegally / stolen).
This doesn't factually diminish the value or the capability of this investment to succeed, although it is not sustainable. The repercussions will not be late to come.

The ideal way of making yourself look as legitimate as possible would be to sign a message from an address which you will be using for all transactions related to this service.  Then you create a spreadsheet showing all payments to the address and their respective transaction IDs and Bitcointalk users, as well as the payments back to them.  Then every payment made to and from your service can be proved to be real just by talking to the Bitcointalk user in the spreadsheet, and as soon as you're late paying anyone it'll be visible and people will stop investing.

Your case is very different from OP, I followed your thread, I was the first to post on your thread in the past and its history did not make much sense and if I remember correctly you said that in January of this year you would not need more investors because you And your partner would already have enough money to do your business.

I made that statement based on the words of someone telling me they would give me a personal loan which never worked out, I thought through the loan I wouldn't need anymore investments. Things didn't go as planned the website partnered with Paxful (backpage) got shutdown by the government and since then sales have been a lot slower on Visa gift cards which are the card I buy and sell. I have no anger for anyone I simply just wanted to point some things out and add security where it was not previously.

According to OP he buys and sells gift cards and I saw the resemblance to my thread between the business model and the google investors sheet and just wanted to let everyone know of that resemblance to insure safe-investing. I don't want to make this into anything bigger than it really needed to be, just a statement of some things to re-think caution.

No one can tell if it's a Ponzi, it's impossible to verify his activity but it seems unlikely that it is.  Anyone, even trustworthy members, can do exit scams at any time and this is a pretty crazy investment, but for now it's looking legit.

+1. It's all about risk vs reward. What are you risking, what is the potential reward, and what is the chance of obtaining said reward. There are more factors since we're dealing with other individuals, but with that said, I felt the risk vs reward made sense in my case.

I also take risk for this. I never know how much sales I will make,and if I dont make enough I have to pay from my pocket. So far all is good, and there is profit for all. I mantain good earnings rate from my business + I sell money-making methods here and in few other websites so I do manage to make couple of hundreds weekly without investing so the balance is kept :)

IMO you'll only have proven that you're getting the money legitimately when you're provably running the service at an overall loss (when you'd paid out more profits than you've received in deposits consistently).  HYIP admins run them for a long time sometimes but they still end up with a gain overall themselves.

I would imagine it is just for short term investments anyways and not to go long term in the first place.
Nothing is substantial for very long if it is promised to pay 20% of investments. Or the banks would be offering this but they can not and thats why they can only offer 0.5%. :D

Banks give loans with the money people invest into them. They need more time. About me I do several things with the money that make quick profit. That's why the rate I offer is high. If I was on loose I wouldn't do this lol. So far it brings me really good profits. I started the program because I got knowledge how to do many stuffs but as you know it takes money to make money and since I am 18 year old and I don't have anything on my name I can't get loans in home. Based on the fees you're sending, you're using the Blockchain wallet.  Their "fee estimation" is just calculating what the size of the transaction will be and then setting it to 120 satoshi per byte, about half of the recommended fee right now, so it'll never be totally practical.

blockchain is simple but slow

You could always use their "Advanced Send" feature and choose the fee yourself.  Even if you set a fee just slightly over their recommended one, it might have quite a bit of difference considering how many transactions are sent with 120 satoshi/byte fees all the time.

Absolutely, the rate of 20% is fixed. It would be lame from my side to lower it. The only thing that can happen is to be increased with some extra % in the future if I add some kind of affiliate program where people wear my signature or to add a bonus for people that invest more bitcoins. Usually, mempools will reject the transaction after three days or so and it won't confirm at all.  The fees are now becoming too high for all these 0.01 investments to be practical anymore - really, 0.05-0.1 and up are the smallest investments which actually involve a roughly 20% payout for djord.

Most transfers from blockchain.info (seemingly djord's wallet) use fees of between 100 and 120 satoshi/byte, which is on the brink of never being confirmed as you can see here (https://bitcoinfees.21.co/).  If djord just increased the fee by about 10-20%, it would almost certainly confirm within the required time, even if it's below the recommended fees.

I wouldn't accept more than 5BTC at this point because I got no use of them. In the future when I expand my projects, I may need more :)

Careful with Ripple.  The vast majority of the market cap comes from the fact that the developers own about 30 million out of 38 million Ripple, and that it's thinly traded.  It could well go further but Ripple is centralised - also, Ripple isn't only going to be spent solely as the actual token but as others which represent different values.  Ripple is more like a speculative "stock" than a currency itself.

It has price potential but it's risky, just keep it within what you can afford to lose.

It's very easy.  When you press the send button in your wallet and you're given the option to put in an address, press "advanced send" on the bottom left.  At the bottom there is the transaction fee that they set and you can change it to whatever you like.  So if it's 0.0005 for example, you'd just change it to 0.0006 or something.  A small difference can change a lot - you'll notice on the recommended fees page (https://bitcoinfees.21.co/) that so many people send transactions with 120 satoshi/byte fees that just getting from 121-150 will cut the transaction time to well under a day.

To look at it from a neutral perspective:

Someone can be "active" without actually paying attention.  He could be leaving his computer on when he's wandering around, or he could just be checking his PMs regularly instead of posting on the thread all the time.

Typically, a scam will not end with the admin being less responsive.  It ends with the admin being extremely responsive and desperately scrambling for a few more deposits before they vanish (often promising higher rates etc).

However, this wouldn't necessarily be the same as a "typical" Ponzi because the OP is an individual, not an entity like a website, and therefore could lose interest instead or move in a different way.  This would be more likely if the OP originally has legitimate intentions, like he appears to now.

The OP has given legitimate reasons for his current actions and we should give him about 2-3 more weeks before passing much judgement.  If you're paying attention, you shouldn't be worried.

and for all late deposits i have a suggestion:

20 % for 7 days = 2.85 per day.

so if a payment is 1 day late the OP could send 2.85 % more.

or (since he knows 7 days before he has to repay) he can repay 1 or 2 days earlier if he knows he has no time that day.

I don't understand why people scam because if the person is paying interest it means he doing fine with his business and even if things start going wrong they should inform there investors about this so that then if they want they can keep there money or can recall them. Because scamming is something not very ethical because people should think how people earn money. And let's hope for the best as OP being very responsive and active with his repayments and everything.
