Yes you can: https://www.okpay.com/?rbp=new_account (https://www.okpay.com/?rbp=new_account)

But be-aware last time i used it it took more than 10 hours the transfer.
and, the fees can amount up to 5% for 1 coin,
or you could discover than suddenly there's no liquidity at btc-e
at the price you want, because everybody it's trying to do the same thing...

He is asking about from Gox to BTC-e.  OKpay is not in that chain.

So true, everybody wants to do the same thing, but yet this question is being asked everyday as though it is a newly found idea.  If it is possible to make such easy money, then why isn't everybody doing it?  And if everybody can do it and are doing it, then the question would not even be asked because there would not be any reason to ask the question because there would not be any price differences between the exchanges.

The reason why bitcoins on btce are cheaper because of the risks, btce has no history and there is a strong possibility that it could shutdown at anytime similar to what tradehill and bitfloor did.  How much money/btcs are you willing to park and lose by trusting btce?  The same question can be asked for mtgox, but mtgox were hacked many times in the past, but they were able to resolve almost all the accounts satisfactorily.  Their customer service and technology might be outdated and slow, but despite the complaints about their services, they have a strong track record of being financially responsible to their customers.  The same cannot be said to other exchanges. Examples, tradehill had a much better interface and much faster customer service responses, but they shutdown and screwed all of their customers in a blink of an eye.  Bitfloor just did the same thing.  BTCE is currently open, but for how long?
