Original Message: I'm posting Coinlab in this category after getting no response from them through any support channel since April 12th. They have approximately BTC1 of mine and I'd like it back. Here's the communication history: April 12: https://i.imgur.com/dOfZ76O.png April 15: https://i.imgur.com/2SbjOVZ.png April 16?: Submitted support form with request for payout on coinlab.com April 19: https://i.imgur.com/zfz86Ht.png Various times (usually outside of normal US West Coast business hours): Call Coinlab's posted phone number. No response. All in all that's three written requests for a payout over the span of a week, plus additional communication attempts. No response whatsoever from Coinlab. |
