I have an issue with verifying my debit card in Coinbase. I have tried to verify my card 3 times, My card is being charged the required 2 times and every time I enter the 2 charged amounts in the new payment method section to verify....I get a notice stating that my 2 charges are not in the records at Coinbase. However, when I check my debit card account records, the 2 charges do show up and the 2 amounts are without question withdrawn from my account. I have emailed Coinbase about this issue but I have not received any responses as of yet. Does anyone have any suggestions? Coinbase may deduct $1 USD for verification for example which may show up as some other amount in your local currency. Try again at , https://support.coinbase.com/, have you tried the live chat? That's sometimes a problem when I use my reloadable cards to verify services. Anyhow, just wait for an email from Coinbase, and get in touch with your bank too.

Yes, I entered the correct pricing and card number. The 2 charges for verification from Coinbase show up in my account, so my card was definitely charged. In fact, I re-charged my card 3 more times to verify and my attempts failed 4 times in total. I have sent 2 emails to Coinbase support over a week ago and they have not contacted me. Coinbase customer support has been terrible lately. The Coinbase live chat has been down and unavailable, does anyone have a way to reach live chat? In order to eliminate the problem, contact first the admins of the credit card so that it can be fixed.
