The choice of a particular city in which to build the first building will be taken at a later stage depending on funding.  Between 2 and 3 years will be needed for buying a land, preparing all projects and accompanied documentation accorded with regulatory authorities and constructing till the full completion of the building. Then the sale of the apartments can begin.

How could the profit be defined? After the sale of the apartments and/or shops in the building, all expenses made during the whole process: price of the land, construction, and the expenses for the woodwork, insulation, plaster and etc. till putting the building into operation. The final profit will be shared among the tokens owners from our project.

BUILD PLATFORM is something that can bring you a long term passive incomes. If you want a quick liquidity, you can sell your tokens. The main difference between BUILD PLATFORM and other ICO’s is that with us the invested money will be placed for a land , building materials and etc. – real existing and not losing its value . The development capacity of land is equal to the gross building area that can be constructed per acre available. Gross building area however, is simply a volume that provides shelter on the floors involved. The amount provided per acre, in addition to the supporting pavement introduced, is referred to as “intensity” when compared to the project open space that remains. I = intensity expressed in terms of gross building area m2 per acre; GBA = gross building area in m2 AC = gross land area. ( I = GBA / AC )

The idea of the project is innovative, because it provides real buildings not a virtual product. The main difference between BUILD PLATFORM and other ICO’s is that the invested money with us will be placed for something real such as the land and buildings materials .
Here is an example how much money is needed for a building construction in Sofia, Bulgaria at present:  If the gross land area is about 500 m2 and “intensity” for that land area is 3, that’s mean 1500 m2 gross building area could be constructed .The price of the land area (at good location) is between 300 000 € and 500 000 €. The cost price for 1 m2 will be 400 – 500 € with plaster and paste. Let’s accept the price of the construction will be 450 €. The cost price for 1 m2 quality construction corresponded to all contemporary norm is 250 € plus 400 € it will be 650 €. If the expenses for project preparations are added and the price for 1 m2 approximately will not be more than 700 €.The sales price for 1 m2 floor area is approximately 1000 – 1400 €. This means that the profit from 1500 m2 building is between 400 000€ and 800 000€ (40% - 80% gained profit for 2 years period).
This profit will be distributed among tokens holders.
When the first building is ready and it is already sold we will start a new one.The dividends will be paid in BTC or FIAT, not in new tokens. Total supply of tokens is 10 000 000 build tokens and they will remain unchanged.

Dividends:
BUILD tokens are tokens based on the Ethereum smart contract. Every token holder has ETH address. The same address is used to send / receive other tokens based on Ethereum blockchain.
The dividends will be distributed to all ETH addresses (which holds BUILD tokens) proportional to the average of daily snapshots of their balance. Our website will have section where every investor can register his ETH address, his BTC address and his bank account. In that way everyone who have BUILD tokens and keep them in his wallet will receive dividends.
Also we are discussing the idea dividends to be paid in FIAT directly in the investor bank account

Build platform will be a registered organization in Bulgaria and will operate under Bulgarian legal framework.
We will provide detailed financial statements for the occurred expenses at each stage of the project. Each of the investors will be able to visit the construction site. Also we will install web cameras there  that can be viewed in our website. In that way everyone can see the progress of building in real time.

Our purpose is not just to construct one building only. When the first building is ready and it is already sold we will start a new one.We want to provide a long term opportunity for everyone who wants to invest even a small amount of money in something real.  
This ICO project gives a chance for everyone who wants to take a part in it. This is our vision for mass adoption. No one can construct a building with 100€ or 1000€. Our project makes that possible. If the project has 1000 or more participants (even participation with a small amount) the whole amount of collected funds will be enough for building construction.
If you put your money in bank deposit you will receive a 1%  - 5%  per year.
Most of the ico projects don’t offer dividends. If you invest in them the only way to earn something is raising the price of its tokens.

Forecasting investment for such a building of 1500 m2 living area is 1 050 000 €. Having in mind the present rate BTC/€ 1000, 1000 BTC are needed in order the project can start.

So... you are essentially trying to sell us shares of your real state company with a big difference: while share holders have political rights in the company and their investment is legally covered by the assets of the company, your ICO don't provide us with such political rights and our funds are just covered by an electronic contract with dubious legal effect that for sure will not cover us in case of company's bankruptcy...

Political rights for Ether holders? A lot, actually!! Haven't you seen the voting systems as Carbonvote, for example? Holders of ether vote all the time to implement new features and determine the future of the network. Node operators accept or reject blockchain forks, miners can fork it... that's democracy in action. What you are offering is a totally centralized platform that you only control.

And the only added value you are offering is that "passive income" depending on the outcome of your real state company. However, can you explain us how are you going to legally bind the profits of your company to the payments of the BUILD token holders? No, you can't because there is no legal binding. In other words, what you are offering us is a trust system: we have to trust in you, trust that you will keep tour word and pay the token holders. Who is going to audit the process? No, it is not FUD spreading, it is protecting community users from investing in products of dubious outcome that can end up in a scam. This community have already experienced enough scams. So it is a moral duty for whoever sees something wrong in a new announcement to warn everybody and request more details. If your project has nothing to hide you just have to address the concerns and provide explanations and guarantees.

In my two previous posts I made some points and asked some questions. I am going to try to formalize them in bulleted questions that I think you should answer. I think no reader should buy this crypto unless they are addressed:

I am a bit sceptic  as this looks like another get rich quick scheme going on.

Before the "excitement" about the project goes further (disregarding posts of potential shill accounts, accounts that don't care anything about the project and just want to increase their post number, and translations that only want the bounty) everybody should be skeptical about it until OP clarifies some important points about how the token holders are going to receive a benefit from building. The idea of the project is innovative, because provide real buildings not virtual product. The main part form other projects provide some kind of software or they are a cloning of other project. The main difference between BUILD PLATFORM and other ICO’s is that with us the invested money will be placed for a land and building materials - something real.

Our aim is not just to construct one building, using bank loans or someone funds. We want to provide long term opportunity for everyone who wants to invest even small amounts of money in something real.  

If you read carefully our example you will see that the expenses for constructing 1 m2 floor area in Bulgaria is approximately 650 - 700 €, including expenses for land area. The sale price for 1 m2 floor area is approximately 1000 – 1400 €. This means that the profit from 1500 m2 building is between 400 000€ and 800 000€. This profit will be distributed among tokens holders. 40% - 80% gained profit for 2 or 3 years period isn’t bad. When the first building is ready and it is sold we will start a new one. You would need bank accounts linked to smart contracts, notaries, audit agencies and very elaborated smart contracts to guarantee fair and transparent payments to the holders. And you are not offering that: You are asking us to trust that you will be a good guy and in the future you will pay fair dividends. If you run away with the money, no legal consequences. If you build the building, get rich but lie: "well, in the end there was no net profit" no legal consequences. If you manipulate the bills and accounting you show us, so you keep 90% of the real benefits, no legal consequences. I am shocked you think anyone is going to accept those conditions

Ok, and how are you going to contact the token holders? You might have some BTC accounts from the ICO, but those tokens will be in different hands in 3-4 years or whatever it takes to finish that building. Are you going to ask them for their private keys to confirm their identity?  ::). Are you going to do it manually? Really?? 100 accounts after ICO is manageable, but what will you do after 3 years when the number of accounts is in the order of millions?

Have you thought about these logistic problems and do you have the crypto-competency to do it?

And who is going to audit your statements so you don't lie and say you spent 10.000 in plywood when you spent 500? Yourself? A friend of yours? Who cares about visiting a (random) construction site or watching a (random) webcam if in the end the accounts are false and you end up saying it was not profitable?

You are right in that. And that's why shares exist. Anyone can buy shares from a real state company too. Both shares or your tokens can be traded in the market, right. But only with shares you are legally protected. Only with shares you can kick the CEO of the company if he is useless. BUILD tokens are tokens based on the Ethereum smart contract. Every token holder has ETH address. The same address is used to send / receive other tokens based on Ethereum blockchain.
The profit will be distributed to all ETH addresses (which holds BUILD tokens) proportional to the average of daily snapshots of their balance. Our website will have section where every investor can register his ETH address and his BTC address or his bank account.
In that way everyone who have BUILD tokens and keep them in his wallet will receive dividends.

When Participant decides to invest in the crowd sale he will open an account in our web page. After that he will input his EHT address in his account. Users account will be secured by username password and Google 2fa or via 10 or more words wallet seed. The ETH addresses are unique. There is no ways two different user to have the same address. After crowd sale BUILD tokens will be distributed to the participants ETH addresses. Users have to be sure that they provide their ETH address without a mistake. You cannot steal their tokens because you need to know their username password and app key for their 2fa authenticator or their wallet seed to hack their account and change their ETH address. Also confirmation email will be sent to user when someone tries to change his EHT address. If someone provides wrong EHT address, the real owner of the address will receive BUILD tokens. If you buy tokens later form exchanges you have to send them to the your address. If you used not your address but random address form the blockchain will you sent your tokens to someone else? I think no. Nobody will spent money for buying something and sent it as a gift to someone.

For almost 2 years of experience in crypto i know that lots of FUD actually is not so bad. I trust the team behind this project and for sure they are not scammers. Just give them some time and I'm sure they will prepare one successfull ICO.

- You don't have an escrow yet. (You said there will be an escrow)

- You are not showing previous experience in cryptocurrencies or LinkedIn profiles of your team

- You don't have an specific plan to pay the dividends of the enterprise to Build owners. Specifically, you don't have any viable plan to pay Build owners that acquire the tokens after the ICO (in secondary markets) and verify their identities to prevent impersonations

- You haven't shown who is going to audit the accounts of your business and the fair payment of dividends. (You said there will be auditing)

- You haven't shown a single piece of code of that smart contract that is going to manage the bank account of the building company. (You said you have that really advanced thing)

- You are refusing to answer a lot of technical concerns that people like me is asking in this thread


Of all the last post of this thread, apparently positive about the project, half are shills of the project (anybody can simple see that they are in the signature campaign) and the other half most probably accounts of shills of different projects that need to increase quickly their post number. Have you checked the previous pages of this thread to see how the OP is incapable to answer technical questions and concerns? How he decides to ignore posts on purpose?

- They (he) don't have an escrow while they promised they'll have one (and on the meantime they get hilariously scammed by a user that offered himself)
- He can't track owners of the token after the initial ICO, so second buyers will never get any dividend
- He has not offered any legal way to guarantee fair pay of dividends
- No auditing of any kind
- No single line of code of their super-powerful-and-advanced trustless smart contract that can link the gains of the ICO with the accounting of his building company
- No LinkedIn or CV of any of the "team members"
- No previous experience in cryptos demonstrated

With no guarantees and considering the behavior of the OP, we can certainly say this project was never meant to be legit.

The project is not dead don't worry.  There is potential interest in people who know us in real life, people who echo the potential of the idea and will invest in it. Each participant in the project will receive a dividend when the apartments in the building are sold.
90% of the ICO projects do not offer dividends. They spend the raised money for "operational costs" - in other words pay themselves salaries. The investors can only hope that they will deliver what they promised. People purchased such tokens because they hope that this tokens will be successful, causing the value of their cryptocurrency to rise.

Even if some tokens are launched on the Ethereum network, they are going to have a 0.00000000 value, as nobody is going to buy them: OP has refused to provide guarantees and has not passed the test of the community answering questions and addressing concerns (if anyone has doubts about it, check the previous pages). The only owners of the tokens would be the people of the campaigns, so that's all the extent of the potential market: a bunch of paid shills trying to dump their coins with no one willing to buy. No exchange is even going to list a token in these conditions...
