The Devs and the community are trying to pass Segwit for Vertcoin not only for future development but also to use as a serious testnet for Bitcoin as well. Litecoin is in the race but it's not being greeted lightly, the one thing going for Vertcoin is their Algo which is ASIC resistant unlike Litecoin. Anyone that has any rigs and or GPU's that they can spare, here are Segwit updated pools below, this can seriously be done in the next 24 hours if we get some more hash help.
