Title: Beginner Miner - Aeon Coin Post by: Moooose on March 23, 2017, 11:54:02 AM hi guys I am new to the mining scene, I have a low-mid spec rig, not expecting great results but its turned on all the time anyway so I thought I'd give this a go. I've tried a few different miners, but right now im trying to use AEON coin. This is where I found the wallet and daemon miner https://github.com/aeonix/aeon/releases Does anyone have experience with this program? I would like to be able to increase the threads used as it is set to 1 only and I don't know how to find the correct commands or .ini file to change it Also I am getting an error message occasionally, I'll post below. 2017-Mar-23 18:22:18.120513 [P2P2][sock 1440] Some problems at write: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host:10054 2017-Mar-23 18:19:13.423970 [P2P7][sock 916] Some problems at write: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine:10053 I assume this is to do with ports?
