I previously auctioned off a BitBill, which was successful in every way. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1747782.msg17473793#msg17473793 This is rather old info, but here's what I could find about the numbers. how rare BitBills are: 20BTC: 181 (132 intact) 10BTC: 143 (97 intact) 5BTC: 144 (107 intact) 1BTC: 589 (492 intact) As you can see in the photos, there are imperfections. In fact, no 2 are alike, each being handmade. Hologram placement, the laminating process, private key slip placement, each one is definitely unique in several ways. I am the original owner, and have not handled or circulated the BitBill since I opened the package on or about June 20, 2011. It is funded, and intact. I have never opened a BitBill, but I understand that they can be redeemed. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Bitbills The Bitbill launch was announced on May 9, 2011. As of May 15, 2012, Bitbills are no longer in production. Here is a link to the images of the card. I can provide more photos via imgur if requested, but I can't insert images directly into the post. https://imgur.com/a/In3l1 This is the blockchain address of the card, showing it is funded. https://blockchain.info/address/1JVLbdhPBWSf7oqwqZZzRupBSaTCLjLDGK If you have questions, ask. Good luck bidding, and thanks for looking. EDIT: Sorry, I don't know what I was thinking when I put March 15th, meant to be the 26th. Fixed. Wasn't there a newbie that said they had a full redeemed and intact bitbills recently? But went to the bank to get pictures and never came back.. I cant wait to see the ridiculous price this brings, I wonder how a 20 btc one would do in relation to the premium on a 25btc cas Title: Re: [Auction] 1 BTC BitBill 2011 beta v0.07 Intact/Funded Post by: Josh on March 23, 2017, 08:46:20 PM I sold a Bitbill to greenplastic a couple months ago, everything went well.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1747782.msg17473793#msg17473793 A 20 BTC Bitbill would certainly be an interesting auction. Title: Re: [Auction] 1 BTC BitBill 2011 beta v0.07 Intact/Funded Post by: TMAN on March 23, 2017, 08:49:22 PM 1.5BTC
