What is/are the fastest way except ATMs to transfer USD to BTC or ETH or LTC?
Preferably instantly, i tried coinbase, but their instantly requires to many verifications steps that takes a few days to complete... Any suggestions?

the you are out of luck.
They ALL require you to do customer identification in order to verify your account and they all do need time as in days to validate you are who you say you are.
Sorry to tell you but it is the law for them to do this so they are not giving or laundering money to and from terrorist groups and for use in organized crime. If they don't do this then they will revoke their license as an exchange and why would you think they would want to do this for anyone of due to their customers trying to hide themselves out of the law's eyes that they govern in their respective country?

doesn't ask you for identification but they are under maintenance so you would won't be able to do anything on there and their troll box is showing that withdraws are stuck in pending or something. Alot going on wrong there while they are doing a server move or something. Usually they are transparent but this one was not and is causing email confirmation problems when people are withdrawing from their wallets. So just wait until they sort everything out first before trying to see if they do what you are wanting to from an exchange site.
Or Tuxexchange.com but don't know much about them yet. Do not even know if they need you to verify with them or not.

Use shapeshift.io . No account required. You can exchange immediately tho the fee may be higher than your average exchange. It's instant btw. You send the money you want to exchange then input where to get the coin you want in return.

If your payment method is cash money then want exchange to bitcoin and other digital coins will need time to deposit and almost all of service needs time to deposit and verifications, I think you must use other payment method for buy bitcoin are like Paypal, perfect money and other or you can buy bitcoin with transfer bank method on paxpul, currency exchange section at bitcointalk of course that is need time too​.

Shapeshift is nice platform to exchange instantly, but the site not provide fiat, just cryptocurrency exchange.

Localbitcoin can be use as nice alternative to exchange bitcoin -> fiat.
