Trusted users who have reached hero or legendary ranks will not sell their accounts as there is too big a risk their trusted accounts would be used for scamming purposes.

Those who approach you are either those who are negged to oblivion or those that have suspicious activity in the pass. Or someone whose old account was hacked from the dumps.
