Hello everybody,
What is the easiest way to buy BTC with Paypal?
Is there an exchange website that allows somebody with a Paypal account to buy btc and receive them right away (without too much verification)? Just ID verification would be ok, or no verification at all would be even better.

If know about virwox, some traders on localbitcoins and so on. That's not what I am looking for.
And I know till some years ago it was almost impossible, but I'm just asking in the case some new exchange websites allow this without too much hassle.

Best way: withdraw your PayPal funds to your bank account, then withdraw those funds from your bank account and buy the bitcoins and pay for them using an irreversible payment method.

"Best" doesn't just apply to the buyer of coins, but to the seller too. So by definition, the seller (and not just the buyer) has to be protected from chargeback and fraud risks.

unichange.me  is very recomended to buy/sell btc with paypal
but maybe fee large enaugh

i clearly do not see any trade of Paypal to Btc on unichange.me  website unless it was removed recently? 

THe only exchanges available are bank transfers and other online wallets to buy bitcoins.

PayPal will always be inconvenient to buy Bitcoin with.  It's too easily reversible and everyone will assume you are a scammer or make you verify your identity unless you pay giant fees on your purchase.
