As per our gaming license regulations, we require a full review of a player account once a player is suspected to have multiple accounts, or is suspect of breaching any of our website’s terms and conditions. Therefore, we must undertake a full KYC (know your customer) identification check on the Player.

Please provide us with the following KYC documents:

1. A scanned or photographed copy of a National Photo ID, passport or driver’s license (needs to show all 4 corners). If you are sending your ID card or driver’s license, please send both back & front of the card.

2. A document that verifies your address such as a utility bill, bank statement or tax bill (Not older than 90 days from the day of sending) and needs to show all 4 corners of the document.

3. Proof of the IP address you are connecting from, when playing at our casino (you can
visit http://www.whatismyip.com/ and take a screenshot of the page).

We will then undertake a review to ensure you are the user who is using this account.

If you have any other questions, please hit 'Reply' and we will do our best to satisfy those requests.

i think i don't want to send any document or showing my face when i am playing gambling because i want to be in the dark in gambling games. beside that in my home, i don't want any of my family member is know that i am playing gambling even if i just playing gambling for fun. i think its not good to send document or showing our face because its mean we can not playing gambling with comfort or i think i can not enjoy the games while i should show my face but i don't know with other members.

They will only start asking you these kind of questions once you start breaking their terms stated from the post above. Just avoid them if you don't want to risk your personal information.

By sending some documents i'm not sure how would your family member find out that your gambling unless they're curious of what you're doing then starts asking questions.

Thing is, everything will be up for them to decide. [sigh]

Once they "suspect" someone, then that's it. They'd freeze your account and ask for your docs.
Yeah, could be "multi-accounts", all sorts of abuse, or even, winning a lot?

Say, you've always just deposited less than .020 then one day you suddenly deposit .200, then you go on and win, win, win.

Better prepare your docs cause they just might have to: "must undertake KYC" and "ensure you are the user who is using this account"  ???
Oh well. It's all just what if's, so, up to y'all.

this is such a stupid move by them or any other online bitcoin casino because people will simply close their accounts and move on to other casinos that are better and don't ask for silly things such as documents and picture ID with your face on it.
we are gambling with bitcoin afterall. and besides most casinos won't even go for it themselves because that would mean they should also pay taxes on what they are earning.

This defeat the purpose of using bitcoin as crypto-currency in a online casino. They will lose a lot of customers with the implementation of new regulations because players don't want to give all personal information after all, So this is completely rubbish for me. We don't have the freedom to remain pseudo-anonymous if we provide you all of this data.

Damn this is why i only gamble at old and trusted/reputable sites. if i were in a situation like this i'd have to forfeit my account and whatever balance i'd have there.

I had known it will still get to this the moment exchange site started the move of this KYC but for me, I have not seen it as a challenge as exchange sites too. The ones that needs KYCs are there and the ones that dont need it are also there and they are reputable. This I am sure will happen to gambling sites asking for KYCs. They have juts successfully lost one client which is me.

Why would you even ban multiple accounts on a casino?

All you can do is gamble, what's the difference if you're using multies?

Ihey should of started a FIAT casino because they just ruined the point of bitcoin.
I believe most of us value freedom&privacy above all else, where one is being breached right here.

Unless people abuse their referral system by having multiple accounts then it is against to terms. But if one want to play with the new account then it should be allowed because some people thinks that they can get different results with new account. There are so many trusted gambling sites on this forum then why one want to play on these sites and end up in this situation?

Not sure why you are posting this but, I think they have the right to investigate you if you are doing something wrong in their casino. I know it is your right to be anonymous in the internet, but they also have the right to investigate fraud when it happens. So, I think their actions of asking for your identification is well placed here as you are suspected of doing something fraudulent in their site. This might even be in their TOS if you did not read it (for sure you didn't like everyone else).

I think this has been posted without any proper examination or from an authority related to the particular gambling website. It is the way to ruin the reputation of the site, because most of the gamblers wish to hide their identity and if the same is regulated users move to various other gambling websites that serves far better.

I will comply to this request if you send me your personal information and scans of your documents.

It is probably the harshest KYC Casino policy I've encountered so far. I am glad that there is still a choice to not use a service like that..
I expect that customers of mBit will leave that casino soon to find service with less restrictive KYC rules.

I think most of the gamblers they don't want to share their own documents because sometimes they are using those documents for evil activity..
Or those are people who are collecting personal info that they can give maybe to NBI. .
So it is better to gamble in the place where allow to register without personal info..

I really do not think that these casino operators have any idea how bitcoin works and what the community is like.

Whilst making sure that everything is running smoothly by asking every single bit of your personal info may sound good on paper,
it actually does not work at all if you mix it with bitcoin.

The fact is that they can quote their Terms and Conditions anywhere, anytime to limit any player's withdrawal they like.

You can't argue, because you have agreed to their terms and conditions when you registered( who even reads that stuff these days? the damn thing is like 15 pages long, and i just want to place a quick bet on your site! ::))

Just avoid all of the bitcoin sportsbooks that have history of doing this. I know that directbet has never done this, although they may have lower limits.

i liked anonymous and i would not willing to send my personal ID to the casinos because i don't want they collect personal ID for every members indeed i saw several casinos has starting to this policy but i think people will think twice to verified their account by provide their personal information and i would avoid the casinos such as this

they are simply killing their own business and pushing the players away!

what they need to realize is that online cryptocurrency gambling is a competetive market and the competition is fierce. there are a lot of the same sites offering the same games and the new players will simply stay away and old players will quit their site and soon they will go under because they have failed to compete with the rest.

I am always to be safe and not so hassle if they will give our documents it takes too much time.. that is why many gambling site here don't need registration because most of them they dont want to share their real identity or hassle free.

for those who have clean conscience and really not doing any wrong that had been suspected doing some illegal things from their website will be having no choice but to provide those information as they value their money but like what other's said it will only discourage  players to play from your website.

Why I even care with your warnings? . I think it just another scam attempt from silly users to misusing the credentials for illegal things.
And the reputeable sites out there (Primedice, Crypto-games) don't ask our ID to get full feature. Make a better idea to scam then.

It is better to apply this policy when someone make an account for the first time. Hence, gamblers will aware about such policy before they even make a single deposit. And for those who do not like to provide their identity shouldn't play at your site.

Luckily there are many other great casinos to play on instead of sending this private information to a gambling website..

I would never send this information simply to gamble... I understand it is needed for exchanging large sums of money, but small scale gambling? No thanks.

I dont know whats on the mind of gambling site owners imposing too much strict rules (KYC) since most players would definitely find this thing to be hassle for them and yes indeed they are slowly killing their business with this kind of management coz of being strict and players will decide to play on other site which dont have these kind of rules.Anonymity is important on most gamblers online.They must change this or lessen of being strict or else say goodbye to their business later on.

I don't know but i think that would be uncalled for especially for a gambling site. People who usually gamble put a lot of importance with security and anonymity so asking them to send their pix and private information is not really a good idea for me. You may lose a couple of users on your site if you continue with it

i think that is not only you that will not agree if the sites want us to send our private information because i am sure that the other player don't want to do this and its better to hide our real identity to do anything in internet and not just for playing gambling. i am sure that in out there or in here, we can found that many sites that allow us to playing gambling without have to send our private information or identity and they only need our wallet to make transaction in deposit and withdraw.

Well if you want to claim the bonuses they play (and to show those who do in fact cheat to get them completed faster) using multiple accounts then I would think this is why they are imposing this sort of strict regulation for all accounts now.

I absolutely agree with you, it is not a reason to show our face and also send any documents. The main point is that people want to play online gambling, and if it is possible that we could easily play it at home. So why we creating the problem?
Definitely if this rule will be apply than majority of the gamblers left to play online gambling, also including me. 

If they are asking for all this info and verification, might as well just play at a regular fiat casino or other bitcoin casino that doesn't ask for all this personal information. Seriously.

All casinos tend to ask for ID if they suspect you of fraudulent activity regardless of the fact that they're Bitcoin casinos and some people who play on them like to stay anonymous.  In most cases they don't ask, but I'd say that a lot of other casinos would do it as well.

Yeah, I also see mostly fiat casinos and bitcoin casinos doesn't ask us our personal information. The reason is that everyone could play online gambling easily and it is also one reason if any gambling sites required personal information than its mean they lose their earning. Because people take turn and join the other gambling sites, where they don't need to tell about information. But also it is not bad to give them about our personal information, but mostly people avoid to give it.
