Whats the reason why you want to have a wallet that has customizable fee with more than 0.005 btc, even 0.005 is already high enough for a transaction fee. That's not necessary to have huge TX fee, you only need to base your fee with this site bitcoinfees.21.co(I know you knew it already) but even you have to send huge amount of btc just follow that site and use viabtc accelarator to push your transaction fee.

My suggestion is to stop looking at the Total fee value... and make sure you calculate the fee based on the actual transaction size. If you make sure you are calculating a decent satoshi per byte (or satoshi per kilobyte) value then you should have no problem getting the transaction to confirm.

To answer your original question... Electrum can work offline, is lightweight (so you wont need to download the whole blockhain) and I think it should be able to import Multibit seeds. By default it uses a dynamic fee, but if you go into the settings you can change it to manual to specify whatever fee you like. Having said that, the dynamic fee it will suggest will be based on transaction size, so should be "decent".

Sounds like you're trying to consolidate some "dust"... kudos for actually taking the time to try and get the fee right so it doesn't get stuck!  8)

One last tip, if you can wait and dont need the coins urgently moved, is to wait until the unconfirmed transaction count in the mempool is very low (at the time of writing it is only around 3000)... and send the transaction then ;)

You can use electrum desktop or mobile wallet that allow you to set up custom fee per kb of transaction and i don't think they have maximum limit in fees. If you are concerned about transaction getting stucked than you dont have to worry about it with electrum because they have dynamic fee.

You can try to learn how to use the Coinb.in to creat new transaction with the amount of fee you want. When you are happy, just sign and broadcast it... With very low fee it might take a very long time to get confirmed. However, I send a tx with fee as low as 0.3Sat/byte and confirmed in 15 hours...

Since you specifically want offline wallet then look no further than Bitcoin core itself where you can set your fees else I would have suggested you try any of the online wallets like coinbase who charge almost half a dollar per transaction and it's fairly quick.

Im using electrum wallet. You can set your fees manually in it.At first, the fees was around 0.0003 btc.But since there was a huge delay in transactions,i changed my fees setup to 0.0008 btc and now my transactions get processed quickly.

You shouldn't be paying flat fees. Paying x satoshis per byte of your transaction instead of a flat fee will make it faster and more cost efficient for small transactions.

Even in online wallet also you can you can set the low fees in for each and every transaction. Fees you mentioned seems to so high and its 35%  of the amount of the transaction. No any wallet consumes this much fees. We can set a low fees and wait for 2 hours and more instead of this much fees.

Every transactions we have online deserves to have payment fee, because it's part of the business they have in the wallet system whether online or offline. I don't really care how much amount it has with the fee because it's so small amount and we can really afford to pay it.

Try to use electrum wallet or the core wallet. But if you're completely newbie and electrum will be a recommended wallet for you, dude.

It's not realistic for everyone to download Bitcoin Core.  It requires a lot of space and upkeep.  The OP's best choice is probably to get the less simplified Electrum.

I personally don’t like to use offline wallets because I think keeping my own private key on my personal computer has more risks than just keeping them on an online wallet, the fact that I use my computer to browse the internet makes vulnerable to malwares and hacks which could potentially make me lose all my bitcoin, but keeping them on online wallets on a server seems less risky.

You can just use a Electrum wallet and then transfer your coins to a new Bitcoin address or just sweep it to the new wallet. I use Tails and a

Persistent volume, where Electrum is built into the operating system, so I do not have to install it onto my normal OS. You can boot with Tails

from a DVD or a memory stick and that is very convenient.  ;D

Yep Electrum would be good for you, give it a try when you have some time as with it you can choose yourself the transaction fees manually. And i agree with what others members are saying, 0.005 is already pretty high fees for a transaction, why do you want to have the possibiity to pay more than that?

If you can afford it's big size, then bitcoin core is a very good offline wallet but if you can't then i recommend trying electrum as you can set the fee manually. You should calculate fee per byte and i agree with everyone that 0.005 is already a big amount for transaction fee.

Why do you need a purse that can adjust fees higher than 0.005? That's what I'm curious about. 0.005 is a high fee for everyone, and it is suitable for all transactions, with that charge, transactions will be processed quickly and smoothly. Electrum is a convenient wallet, you can manually adjust its fee, you can also make multiple transactions at the same time with just one operation, it is very convenient, and you only pay a fee. rolling. Very economical Perhaps this will help you to be happy about it. good luck.

But when lower fee as you may be lost from 1 to 3 days to confirm!

There are many factors that affect your depositing time. But first, we have to talk about how much you charge for a transaction, which is the most important factor, and your transaction will be handled quickly if you pay a high fee. Next, it may be because your wallet is outdated, you need to upgrade and sync it regularly. In addition, your internet speed is also an influential cause. Check out the above factors, you will probably solve the problem.

If you having problem fee i think you need to stop on using bitcoin on your transaction or just find a suitable wallet for you. Because fee helps the developer of bitcoin to develop and upgrade bitcoin quality in transacting. I suggest you to use an application wallet not an offline because online wallet is more suitable on transaction. Besides almost of country i reachable via internet. So in holding and transaction of your bitcoin will not be so hard for you.
