OP did not even bother to create a website or use WHM to manage the cPanel subscriptions and service orders. This means tickets and support would be extremely hard to get, as you would have to email OP directly to the email he/she included. OP also did not even bother to buy a domain for providing this service. Also no guarantees on uptime. Overall, this is full of red flags and smells like a scam. You can find more legit businesses for similar amounts of money around the web.
