It is no longer a news that we have a lot of new token springing up and thereby leading to the sales of ico and the executions of the proposed project.
The issue of the escrow is of great concern too as most people that invested either loose their funds or break even (That does not relate with escrow alone but other factors)
I already have in my custody a script that can be used for asset exchange (just like SAE) whereby a new token can get listed in an open market similar to bitfunding etc.k the funds to proceed with it.
This shall also reduce the cost of running a new project and boost the confidence of those that have a brilliant idea but lac
A coder to work on my script (both front end and back end)
An escrow team (To hold ico funds)
Investor (Just to fund the kick off)
Every other thing about this shall be discussed via pm.

If you can't find a proper escrow who's trustable enough to hold some funds on your team here in your thread might aswell if you contact those active escrow who can deliver you the service honestly with less risk.

And you can bump SFR,Yahoo,minerjones,Lauda,Dabs,Sebastian Ju, and OGnasty.

Just select among them so that your team funds will not be ruined by random guys who's trust is questionable enough to hold some shining money.

What are you planning to pay your developers with ? When are you planning to pay them ? After the ICO ?
I will not suggest developers to apply to which altcoin projects where payments are really a big concern.From my last ICO experience,I did most of the product architectural planning as a development manager and got fuck-all as the founder ran away with funds.Escrow didn't help much since they had no funds with them either.If you have budget of paying developers in advance,it's worth applying then.

Ohh i miss read that.. But anyways you should try to hold some ICO's since it was fun to be part of that area.

And those guys listed above will be the best holder onhere since they are tested to hold some funds here maybe some others doubting their credibilities but for what i see they are the best shot for this kind of job here.

if escrow you must use reputable escrow and have much track record in bitcointalk
ico selling only use escrow without experience transaction, is same youre ico selling without escrow, investor not trust not use reputable escrow

about programing , i think only want pay per job , not want join in team, except is you good reputable and excellent about selling

i dont understand the words nor the sentence you are stated here but to summarize this i truly agree on what people talks above us since if the person who is reputable and had a good track records to handle the escrow service on some certain deals with money involve well people can lessen their worries since they know their funds has been handled by those great guys out here. And i wouldnt trust truly if the ICO project doesnt use some big names escrows service since mostly of them turns scam easily.

Doesn't work out by applying here bud.You should already hold enough reputation in the forum to be known as a trusted escrow,this is about holding 100+ bitcoins if their project gets executed successfully.

I would consider helping with escrow depending on the terms. Obviously I need to look over your offering etc... My last ICO escrow was for Ark (around 1 million USD).

Edit: No matter what you decide make sure you use 3 of 4 multi-sig.

Great appreciations to all that responded on this thread but i need to clarify some issues.
I am not running any ico token or coin, this issue of centralized token exchange website is to address some basic problems in the cryptocoin industry, namely: It will encourage new ideas on the blockchain because of the availability of an open market to get you token listed for free.
It protects investors funds by sending the funds directly into the escrows account.
It also protect the investors funds by ensuring that the ico funds are used as planned.
It is to put an end to the unknown escrow team that have used big name (whether it exist or not) to scam us of our hard earned btc.
To the dev
The website shall have all the features of http://www.secureae.com (script is ready) but it shall have the links that you can trade other tokens like ethereum, burst etc. The website shall also have column for esrows teams whereby any token to be listed must choose an escrow before proceeding.
To the investors
The funds to be paid shall be mentioned by the web dev though naturally i expected the dev to do the job for free and continue to get paid from the small fees we shall be charging the tokens dev after the ico but the dev can opt out and receive an outright payment which must be paid through escrow.

There shall be a need for translators because the website shall be translated into some popular languages like Chinese and others, there shall be a need for promotional materials also but we need to fix the web dev first.

You are right. Many people are being scammed on ICO with or without escrow. I think giving all the money to the dev in advance is also wrong.Better approach is to give half the money before and rest after the completion of project.

Exactly the point here but if we can have a centralized escrow system from people of high integrity with proving track records of probity we might be able to create a better environment for investors and give room for people to brainstorm great ideas since they are assured of a ready market and good escrow team. Eventually it shall be a win - win affairs to the cryptoworld though some people might setup their own personal ico website but ours shall be giving a better considerations based on TRUST from both the dev and investors.

The escrows are ready, the investor is waiting and everything about this project is near completion, we are waiting for a web dev that can take up this challenging job, outright payment or revenue earning option is now available.

You are much better of asking one of the many very trusted escrows on the forum. Why change the wheel and trust a new face when its not needed and will lower the respectability of your project.

I am interested in joining this team as an advertiser despite the fact that the op does not mention it but i know this will need a lot of exposure in order to bring about popularity.

The website project shall have good lists of escrow team whereby new project dev can choose from and we shall further scrutinize evrybody that apply for an escrow besides we shall have 4 multi sign escrow setup on the website.

You must not forget the Marketing and Pr stuff. these are also very important and necessary . lots of project did great and very nice development but they didn't took marketing seriously and than they got failed..
