In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday the country’s interpretation of the Constitution will “have to change” to allow for greater security to stave off future attacks.

“The people who are worried about privacy have a legitimate worry,” Mr. Bloomberg said during a press conference in Midtown. “But we live in a complex world where you’re going to have to have a level of security greater than you did back in the olden days, if you will. And our laws and our interpretation of the Constitution, I think, have to change.”

Bloomberg is clueless about the US constitution, as his soda drink campaign being tossed out as unconstitutional shows.

It's quite scary to me how quickly people will throw away what they claim to believe in when they face hardship, you'd think with all the trouble back home the senate wouldn't think maybe sending a few thousand troops back to help out police in these situations would make more sense, I remember I think even General Petraeus at one time said that the army was spread far too thin, this is probably what's wrong with the country and it won't have much to do with any law made.

I don't think he's clueless, I think he just doesn't care.

The only change we'll see around here is a change in mayoral positions.

The constitution will not be changed, not when we've got 10 million gun owners who swear upon the constitution.
