So if you have 1BTC now, what coin or coins you will invest your 1BTC? Will you invest it to a single altcoin?

In my case I'll invest it to my 5 favorite coins equally.
$STRAT, $ETC, $SYS, $DCR, $TIME

if i have one bitcoin and must invest altcoin trading

1 ethereum(ETH) but wait ethereum price down
2 litecoin
3 xrp riple
4 Time coin because price still under ico price

If you want to make good profits in long term then I would suggest you to invest your full 1 btc in Monero as the future of monero is outstanding and if you can manage to hold it longer then you will be surely making some good profits from it.

I would suggest you to spent half the bitcoin in coins and keep the remaining half with you in your wallet. Why you wana spent everything. Keeping some bitcoins in your wallets always seems good and price will increase surely as  time passes on.

if i only had 1BTC i would hodl it tight and never let it go.
if i had more and wanted to risk 1BTC then i would have invested in altcoins.
right now i see only one option with a good future and that is litecoin and that is because of its activation of SegWit and all the hype that is bringing with itself. there will surely be a rally.

apart from that PIVX and ARK has been doing very well these last few days but i don't know if ARK is going to continue, but surely PIVX has lots more potential.

from other suggestion i see ETH, ETC, XRP, i would suggest staying away from these coins unless you want a highly risky investment with small return. because these are all in a bubble.

I have been watching all this coins in exchange sites and I can say you will really earn profit on this coins

from what i see, that's coin seems have good in the future especially Ethereum, i believe with this coin

I will invest in Stratis, Ripple and Golem, Stratis is one of my favourite coin take a look at price history I think all investor who have buy the coin when ICO very happy now, and when the masternode run, the price will more high than this.

So when will masternode run? Can you give more details about it as I am also looking to invest my bitcoins in some good altcoins that can give me some best results in coming months as of now I have invested in monero and hoping to make some profits from it in future.

- Start is too late to join in my opinion
- ETC is the same way, but it still has some room left to rise. i wouldn't invest in it at this point though.
- SYS and DCR: i am watching these two, but have not invested anything yet. i had some DCR but sold it after a while and took the profit.
- TIME: i have no idea what it is.

- i see others saying ETH: i don't like how it looks like right now. and if bitcoin price starts rising in the following weeks, ethereum will get dumped very hard. i wouldn't want to be under that dump.
- XMR: a solid coin. which i always have as an option in my portfolio.
- Litecoin: i guess we all see the hype, i don't need to explain why it will rise ;D
- FTC: feathercoin, is a small coin that i like investing in. it is listed on bittrex and i think cryptopia only and it has been a good moderate term investment going up and down giving me good profit. i found out about it not long ago.
- LSK: i have some money in this coin and i think it will rise in the following weeks.

This is are the best coins at a moment and have great ability to rise in future so you can divide your funds in those coins and hope for the best and positive results in future.

Monero, ETH, DASH, Feathercoin (in case it gets pumped) vertcoin, bytecoin and litecoin. If I see anything else that looks new or different I would also invest a small portion there.

Ethereum seems a good bet, but I would prefer to hold Bitcoin instead and let it sleep in my wallet.

In the meantime, TaaS are in their ICO period and I invite you to read their whitepaper, I think it is indeed a good opportunity at the moment.

Me? None. I would choose to hold that 1BTC and then continue doing stuffs like signature campaign and other freelancing services. I don't trust myself when it comes to trading. I would rather hold the coin long time than risk it. Trading is a zero sum game so those that are more knowledgeable and more skilled than you will just take away your money.

Another reason why I wouldn't trade it is that altcoins are just a way for people to get more bitcoins. I can become a victim of an altcoin with a scammer developer. A lot of coins have a long time vision but where are they now. They are all dead and the only ones that's alive in the market are major coins and new coins.

If I am in your place i would invest in this altcoins:
1.Bitcoin
2.OneCoin
3.Etherum
4.Monero
5.Dogecoin

If I have 1BTC I will divide it into 5 and invest it to what coins I'm holding right now Xem, STR, XRP and SC 20% of each coin. Then I'll probably take some risk and do day trade for the remaining 20%.

If I have 1BTC I will split the value into three parts. Invest two parts in Litecoin and the remaining one part into dogecoin. I know the doges seem dumped but I see it rise in the near future.

By the way, why are people mentioning Ripple? I thought it's not mineable any more? To even think that it still has that questionable asterisk on it in the coin market listing, makes it the more scary.

I've got a lot of choices but this is my top 5 and if ever that will give me more, I'll invest more to others.

I would spend a little less than half, and leave the rest in my wallet to wait until the currency grows well.

I want to invest in ETC, LTC, TIME if I have 1bitcoin but better half for investments because there will probably be a good altcoin to be invested so as a precaution.

As of now, LTC for me. Segwit activation is very near. Surely the price of LTC will go up.

I'll go ETC/ETH Doge and LTC. Those alt-coins looks promising to me. Although we know that they are just a pump and dump coin and not for long term investment. There is also a chance to get your initial investment in a short amount of time on those coins.

I will trade on ethereum classic too with halp of capital 0.5BTC it must be managed because trading is huge risk,

right now the ethereum's price is starting down, if we see on there.

What I would do is to diversify.

- 35% BTC
- 15% ETH
- 10% XMR
- 10% MAID
- 10% LTC
- 10% DCR
- 5% DOGE
- 5% PPC

This make sense to spent 1 btc because currently LTC is nearing SegWit activation as you have said. But as we all know, some personality are behind to block the activation which stalled the price temporarily. But if Segwit is adopted into LTC the price will definitely rise.

I think it depends upon whether its a long term investment or a short term one to get the profits on the next pump.
In general I'd be with the following coins

Ripple
Stratis
Decred
Litecoin
ZCash

Probably would be going to the frontpage on coinmarketcap.com and would be investing in all of those coins - minus proportionally as I saw a spreadsheet once showing such high returns on someone who did that and then waited I think like a year.

Pretty good experiment, who knows if it would work and would make money now but if I just had this 1btc for this little project it'd be nice to see if I was able to reap in some nice rewards.

Eth look good to me to invest. The coin has moved upward since the  beginning of this year and with a lot of limitations and attack Eth has gained more than 100% this year.Dash is also good for now for one to invest in as the coin has also shows significant profit this year.

It seems that many people here, in case of getting 1 bitcoin would have just exchange all of it into some not even known and trusted altcoin.
I dont see the point of doing something like that, many of the new coins are showing themselves as a altcoins that will die or get dumped in few weeks, or just scamcoins where you cant even call this a legit cryptocurrency.

The golden rule of investing is to not put all your eggs into one basket! You should always diverisfy your investments, just to stay safe and be covered in many ways, thanks to no being greedy.
I think i would divide my wallet on 3 parts, to leave 1 part as a bitcoin, second part as an ethereum, and third part as a monero.
This three coins look really strong for now, I dont expect to see their price going really low in this year.

Yes, it seems to me that this is the best option for saving and multiplying your investments.

I invested it on ethereum because ether is the good altcoin now that you can exchange your bitcoin the last of ether is 14$ per ether i bought some and i keep it. Then ether is rising until 52$ per ether i sold mine i got a big profit on that so once ether goes down go invest the 1 bitcoin.

Holding bitcoin especially a 1 Bitcoin is a good decision also because as we can see bitcoin development is faster than before and it improvement is for the better to its future on its transaction and security issue. And continuing signature campaign is also a good decision because through this you will earn more. But for me trying a small scale trading is not a bad idea at all you will just need focus and do your best to manage all your trading. And if you will choose to trade the best start is to trade on a good feedback altcoin where its rating and comments is good for a better and easy trading.

In my opinion, Ethereum , Monero, zcash and Dash are the currencies that I personally believe will go through the highest growth rate. While I love what Ethereum is doing for the technology, it’s very likely that other coins will have just as lucrative returns over the next few years. Why not diversify and take advantage of that growth?

I would trade BTC with USD, ETH, DASH, and LTC. Those seem to be the best and most likely to last a while. You don't want to trade with any coin that is dropping to zero because you will never be able to sell it once you buy it.

Yes holding 1 BTC is a good decision. The price is increasing, and in future, it will give you double profit. But Trading is a risky way to double your investment. We can not trust any altcoins easily, so before investing in any altcoins better think all possible ways and check in the market which is becoming popular in recent days and invest.

taas of course, it's already have 4000 bitcoin from many people and it's a signal that the coin will be success, people see it and then they invest, unlike other coin with low amount of bitcoin invested into their ico, the future is uncertain for those

1 BTC is not much
but i would invest in altcoins like Taas, QUΛNTUM, some ethereum based contracts and hold what i have left  for promising alts

View quite right once, because I now also see that ETH, Doge, and LTC also has the advantage that is good enough for those who have the patience. because basically I look at some of the altcoin have a goal to be able to always be with bitcoin or have always wanted to make a bitcoin's getting high or even became opposed to beat position bitcoin. for now this ETH became one of sufficient qualified opponents and have likely shifted the ranking bitcoin

if you have  btc and you invest it on ETC or LTC, you will only have few of those coins maybe less than 500 of it but if you invest it to coins worth 0.05USD or maybe even less, you'd have much profit when it bubble and you own more than 20K of it.

Good point you have here, but not all coins come to the point where they gonna cost more then dollar. I wouldn`t invest 1 btc in only one altcoin, I would invest that btc in more then couple for sure. First one is litecoin, now price is around 14 $, and I think that price will go more up. I don`t know why I have some lisk and I still think that lisk will grow more then now, my investment in lisk is on double right now. DGB is something that draw my attention, its rising and some people think it will go more up. So I would invest in this 3 coins for now, and I would find one more or two interesting coins.

Spent the half of it in Dodge coin because the dodge coin price is so small so with just small pump or dump of coin that will have a big impact in the half on my investment with dodge coin besides the dodge coin is one of the most stable coin so It's worth it and low risk to invest with dodge coin. So for me the dodge coin will be the best for trading.

I like stratis but looking at the price right now it's not a good time to jump in. I will split it into 3, i choose XRP(ripple), FTC(feathercoin), and leave 1/3 as bitcoin. XRP looks solid in long term, FTC is a queen of pump and dump  ;D. If it's earlier i'd like to choose something like ETH or monero, but the price is too high for me.

Yeah thats true, indeed when you will invest like 1200$ into some known coin, that won' be a great perspective for huge returns, because you won't be able to buy a lot of that asset.
But when you buy some small, cheap coin, in fact the returns may become insanely big thanks to that but you need to always remember about comparing the risk!

Imagine how much money can you loose with buying ethereum for 1 bitcoin. It is possible that the price will go down, but we do not expect really big drops on it.
And now, imagine how much money would you loose if you would invest 1 bitcoin in some coin that costs 0.3$, and drops to 0.02$ after that. Now, consider if risk does not make a difference for you.

Depends. I don't really like to follow trends or where the masses put their money on because sometimes that is where something fucks up. For me, a coin that is suitable for investment is something that has a good road map, very visible dev team, active community even though the market cap is not that high. Some altcoins have market caps of insanely high figures because they are artificially pumped to attract other investors in whereas solid community and dev team even the market cap is low is a true sign that the coin is heading towards success.

Honestly i dont know ,because i do trade all day after my work and i dont hold any long term cryptocurrency i just play and make profits in active market .If i will invest in long term coins i will just only spend some not that big as 1btc to divide e 0.5 is enough . XEM ,Ripple ,Monero and ETH.

Hmm, maybe an investment I would do there is to divide some parts. So I won't use all Btc owned only for single altcoin, because sometimes we expect different from the fact that is the case then I'll buy some $TIME, $ETC, $EDG, and also $ETH so I have a lot of possibilities to get huge profits out of a total altcoin I chose. Doge is bad coin, there are better coins rather than doge coin. Golem, RLC, Pivx are the best coin right now. with a lot of demand it can be a good promising investment in the future. But RLC is really cheap right now.
Most traders are looking for the volatility and not stable investment.

if i have 1 btc i would separated it into several altcoins such as
10% ETH
10% Dash
10% LTC
and 70% bitcoin because i consider holding bitcoin will more safe and more profitable for long term than altcoins

i will try to invest in zcash, i though zcash now has a big value in the market, any people are interested on it nowadays. we need to make a research first before investing because , bitcoin is a big money to lose.

zcash ,monero ,zcoin. that was the three alt coin that Ive been working now, each of it has a very good value when converted to bitcoin right now. try to mine this three too. i hope this post will help you buddy. eth is good also, but you may also try the threen coins that i have been stated. it is quite not so popular but it helps.

I don't know about so many altcoins which has price below $10, usually I do not pay attention to them and just watch over some reputable coins such as mentioned above, eth, zcash, dash, bytteball, bitcoin plus seems leading the market of altcoins right now. I won't invest just one coin if I have BTC1 and will divide into those coins for sure. If one coin go down, there is another may rise up.

I always want to go with highly established altcoins, that way if I need choose one single altcoin means I will choose litecoin. Maybe it will be performing very rarely but it is staying strong for not giving losses to its investors. I just want to play safely and I will be sticking with consistently performing instruments. Moreover I will prefer to hold my 1 bitcoin instead of buying any altcoin, that is the reality.

PIVX and ARK looks promising , the price itself not as stable as DOGE,ETH,XMR but it might give more profit for a short-mid term

I would go with PIVX but will not support ARK as it is just a short for short term investment and am preferably long term holder.
But if I have 1 Bitcoin then I would just hold on to it and not but altcoins as I believe in Bitcoin than altcoins.

That might be a good idea to invest in some altcoins that are not yet known so well, if the price is really small. With 1 bitcoin, you can get really nice returns from buying few hundreds of some cheap coins, but you need to consider another very important factor when it comes to any investments: the risk.

I have spotted that you have junior member rank, so you should know some already about different types of coins, especially about scam-coins if you are into altcoin trading.
You should always try at least to estimate the risk you want to take, because investing 1 btc in let's say 3 alts (ETH,XMR and XRP)  contains some risk, but if you want to invest 1 btc in some really cheap coin, then lets be serious, you have to be out of your mind.

I think I would choose Monero it looks very promising to me and worth to invest.
But honestly in real situation I'm not sure that I would invest 1 Bitcoin to altcoins I'm not sure it would be worth the risk and profit. Maybe because I'm not very keen to altcoins trading and not very convinced this is the best investment.

people should choose one of top 5 altcoin ,
i will choose dogecoin and some horizon coin that has a low value ,
don't expect to earn profit soon , this kind altcoin move quite long time , but once it moves you can get up to 1000 percent or even greater!

If there will be an ICO which will be started by a well reputable group then I will invest them all in that one ICO while if I have to select from a number of altcoins then I will not choose only one but I will choose for different coins because no one know about the future of any one altcoin so if one will fall then from other we will have some hope.

I believe in long term benefits and will  not be interested in short term pumps and dumps so I will invest that amount in monero as the future of monero looks really good to me so if I hold them till the right time then it can give good profits to me.

For trading it will depend on the trend, of course my changes will be different for each time, because I am looking for the best coin to earn money, usually I will split my bitcoin into few alt coin to trade, for now the most profitable coin will be litecoin and eth, and I won't too recommended invest in ICO because the outcome is too unpredictable

1 btc is a very big amount to invest and if investment goes wrong then it will result in total loss so I will prefer to invest only 0.5 btc in different altcoins and 0.5 btc I will keep safe in wallet as you also need to have backup if your investment fails.

Well as my self i will not really depend on 1 altcoin because sometimes that coin will sort of drop their price and sort of it is not good for me . I will find a coin that has a potential to invest on so that i could buy some and sell some and instantly earn profits from it. We shouldnt be rellying on 1 coins we should invest a lot of coin well now im investing in ETH coin.

1 BTC is too small to hold in longer time, I would prefer to buy altcoins that I believe will grow in the future.
ETH is good but it is expensive now so I will just buy cheap altcoins with value less than 1,000 satoshis.

If I have 1 BTC I would definitely invest into some altcoin, I would not use that much amount for just one altcoin and definitely to some altcoin. Maybe for now I am interested in Ethereum and Litecoin which I think has a good development in the future, maybe I will wait for the price to go down and start to invest there. And if there is any altcoin that has good fluctuations besides Ethereum and Litecoin, maybe I will try it too.

i will put my money in different alt coins such as eth, zcash,zcoin and monero. Why? because what if the coin that we put our whole money will be lost in a bit? do we already got our investment money?No, so if you are going to invest , don't settle for a single coin, yes you are right buddy , we need to invest in many coins to be sure that we can got our investment money.

Bitcoin is already an investment so, I will keep a part of it as a long term investment. Some part of it I will invest on altcoins that have great potentials like the top altcoins right now. And still another part on altcoins that are being pumped and dumped for short term investment. They maybe P&D coins but if  you buy in early on the pump, you have an opportunity to earn big.

If I had 1BTC at the moment I'd personally just hold tight on it as the prices seem to just keep on increasing.

I don't suggest bitcoin trading with the altcoins at any time and I will go with the bitcoin trading only. These altcoins projects has been implemented against bitcoin via using the block chain technology. Many Corporate whales has been implementing it for the security reason and creating their own altcoins.

For now I will choose trust. Well, the current price is quite high, and it may be very profitable for them to have bought the trst when the price is still 5k satoshi. Well, now the price is almost 2x the price of yesterday.

I would go for stratis on a long term basis if i had 1 btc!

If I have one bitcoin to invest today? I will buy eth as the price is jump to the moon very soon. I read from coindesk site and reddit that very soon eth will become very expensive to buy as the volume is increasing at a high level this year. Second coin I will buy is litecoin if segwet adoption is finalize.

ETH will rise, but will it rise to the moon like bitcoin? Nevertheless ETH is great investment at the moment, along with ltc, monero, event eth classic seems to be good coin for holding. Last days I bought some ripple, looks like ripple can be interesting.

I'd go with POSW while it's cheap in yobit under 10K sats because last week it was 17K sats. you could also stake them and receive dividends.

I am disagree with you mate, not all coin having $3 is worth it to invest if you do that most of your coin will lost. In yobit there are many coins which is exist but already a scam coin. Just look or research first if the coin you want to trade is having a potential to increase the value before you put your money in that coin.

That is quite a lot of bitcoin to invest in a single alt coin. I would like to invest it on cheaper altcoin that have great potentials in the future not just hyped. Maybe I could use .5btc on nem and the rest for other altcoins on the top 5.

That's right its better to invest that amount in multiple altcoins instead of investing in single coin as it will be risky if price crashes then you will be loosing all your investments at a single point so its good to diversify your investments.

If i have 1 bitcoin then i would definitely buy litecoins because if bitcoin is gold then litecoin is silver and we can see that there is a huge event upcoming for litecoin and that is the fully activation of segwit after at least 1 week we can see the difference on the price and it is sure that it will pump up hard and we will make profits if we buy now.

Not all cheap altcoins will guarantee a handsome ROI and of course Monero and PIVX are good alts i would like to invest in probably through in eth too :)

You consider 1BTC a lot? I'm talking about hundreds of millions here, the game changing amounts, if you keep your expectations that low you might never get anywhere in your life.
IMAO, only idiots spend money on any altcoins, you need to spend cash on bitcoin and then mine any alt you'd like and feel a positive vibe about just to dump them for more bitcoins, in the case of POSW if devs get serious and stop dumping after a few months from now we could see some huge increases.
ETC might be a good option now before it pumps to $100 since it's the real ethereum and thus should be treated as the real thing.

Since i saw ethereum classic has good fluctuation of price (nice movement of price) i think it is good to make investments into  it,because ethereum classic has good fundamental of developers and comunity,
and the strategy will be used is long term investing in ethereum classic because in ethereum classic there is trust investments

Due to increased volatility often the price fluctuations can be felt in a large scale. In my view based on the trade volume of the coin in popular exchange sites would select the coin. Because those coins surely gives at least a minimal profit margin unlike few coins that have got less trade volumes.

Ethereum classic is just a piece of crap because its price spike is all about manipulation. You can see that it price goes up and its price is being manipulated to get innocent investors get invested to their coin and after that the community got their coin for a low price will dump the coin and you will end up in a loss.

I agree that any of the digital currency that is cheaper and that have a chance in near future to be more valued. Before you go for any cheap or whatever the currency status may be but you need to do homework on it before the investment. Even the BTC is on fire now its prices are developing and rising very fast.

If I had 1BTC I would invest/spend in trading in Ethereum and/or Ripple because I have seen recently these two coins rising so fast recently.

But seeing that bitcoin price is going to moon means that also other altcoins are going to rise and this is a good thing to trade.

If I have 1 Btc then I'm not going to stay on a single alt coin. It is always a good thing to diversify your capital. I will prefer to choose those alt coins that has good market cap just like ETH, Zec, LTC and Dash. Base on what's happening with bitcoin, I guess these coins will have the ride and it will depend if there are some new alt coins that are going to make some noise.

If you ask me, i will just invest in litecoin and ethereum because those i think those two which is dash and zec will be successful in long term because they don't have enough reputation for the market to last long while ethereum and litecoin already made a good reputation in the market and they seem that one of ethereum and litecoin will be the next bitcoin in the future.

Indeed, keeping the half of your 1 btc in your wallet would be a great idea but I think its much better to invest the half instead of storing it because it will give you a high profit and there's a chance to get double your bitcons.While the other half I should say that I would trade my other half in litecoin, dashcoin and especially the etherum. i will invest on Waves,pesobit & ETH, those coin are potenstial to me.

If I have 1 BTC I invest it into quantum. I just ready the information and details about that coin earlier and that is different from the other altcoins. It is opposite to the common altcoins which is this coin is fully studied. And because I think this will counted also in the top 50 market cap volume sooner.

If I had 1 BTC then first rule I would make for myself is not to sell 0.5BTC at any time. 0.5BTC is long term holding. Then I would buy LTC, Stratis and Quantum, all for long terms and would trade occasionally if the rate is fluctuating.

At this moment right now i would say NEM for the short term, ripple for the medium term and Lisk for the long term, dont underestimate Lisk it is basically Ethereum in javascript once the community finds a niche for it then watch the bonanza as it is far easier to code and once the logistics are all set it is far easier to use.

If i had my 1 btc to invest then i will go with ICN, TIME, DCT, ICOBID , VSL. This are some coins which are very good for long term. In short term also they will give me double my investment like 3 months holding but in long term minimum 6 months i can make it 5 times of it.

Yeah this are the good coins to make an investment at a moment and I will add some more coins to the list like ETH, ETC and XMR as those are the coins that can give us best returns in long term and even XRP is looking great at a moment but investing in it would be only for short term to make quick profits.

I think XRP is the best investment now, I just sold some of my coins to buy XRP, there's really good news about xrp to make that price increase that much even in a short period of time. Yes 1 bitcoin will be enough to manipulate a coin and make a lot of profit from it because there is a lot of cheap coins in yobit and most of them are very easy to manipulate and when the whales in yobit notice it then they will help you to pump and all of you will make a lot of profit without waiting a lot of time.

i'm just going to invest on LTC and ETC, for me ltc very known as it's stable price so it would made me can rely on litecoin more and other side ETH i have trust on it's potential, ETH has been increasing for becoming good amount to trade. There's no much other coins that i want to invest especially for long term.

Instead of investing in any other coin, I would invest in bitcoin itself. I would open long and short positions as per the situation with leverage and try to earn some profits in quick tiny trades. However, I am not great of trading as much as investing so I would keep it in bitcoin and invest it in some bitcoin businesses. Yes, trading in altcoin could be profitable but I am more bitcoin friendly.

I agree. If it were to me, I'd try other up and coming alt coins. STR for example, had a good run recently and I've read an article about it before it pumped though I didn't actually have the guts to buy it that time. Investing in a single coin is never recommended. You may loose it all if the coin fails. Also the trend shows that less than 1% of newly launched coins are actually successful. You may study the market trend of few coins and then decide accordingly. Decred has the potential to make it big while ETH and LTC seem to be in good shape with ETH climbing in price outrageously and LTC receiving positive thoughts after SegWit activation. Well the LTC and ETC maybe good with the stability they have but I like the volatility of the BTC. I love the way the BTC made the progress and is still going upwards. For me the best option that I have is to invest in none other than the BTC.

1 btc is a kind of a big amount and at this current movement you can easily pump a coin wit low cap also and get really good returns but i would recommend you to refrain from doing anything like this as investing 1 btc is really risky and the price is also increasing so it's better you just hold your coins and only use it when you are in need of some money.

i think 1 bitcoin is not a good amount of money to trade Etherrum. therefore  i will lit to find out such a currency which are expecting that its price can increase more and more in future, for example if you have 1 btcoin you can trade FRWC whose price is very low and we can expect that in future there are more chance that their prices will increase.

I think bitcoin and litecoin is enough for me to invest because they are one of the most stable cryptocurrency in the market since their released date. I doubt that creditbit is a good investment option then if so, it will take a lot of time for you to take profits from that. It is easy to just invest on stable and legit coins rather than new ones.

litecoin is a good investment but If you want more profit you need to wait few years before to see the real prics of this coin. i think 1 bitcoin is enough to trade bitcoin and i have experience in trading with cheap price altcoin i mostly lost my money because cheap price altcoin demand is very much low and no one interest to invest in it so i prefer that bitcoin trading is much more better than any coin.

This must be a right suggestion. Comparing to altcoin trading, going for bitcoin trading against fiats must be better option to gain consistent profits.

Because bitcoin markets are showing good fluctuations every day and the possibilities to book profit with them will be more because while holding bitcoins, we will be getting chances to make more profits as bitcoin prices are getting appreciated every day.

I guess we need to have verification for entering fiats based bitcoin trading. Otherwise we can choose poloniex's bitcoin vs USD tether trading.

Yes I believe that everyone with a brain will go for such coins that have the potential to growth with respect to its acceptance, adoptability and increase or rise in the price of these coins. But it would be much better and easier to understand if you can name the potential coins for the information of the forum.

Trading bitcoin is very risky because you can't tell if the price will go down or go up while trading altcoins open a lot of opportunities for you to earn because now a days, it is very to choose what altcoin is good for long term by analyzing their white paper and road map and if you see that their team is also active then it is good for long term and you will have a profit in the long term while in bitcoin you are always frustrated because there is no chance for you to be sure but to just believe.

Well i would invest 0.5 btc in Decred as i hope its the most under valued coin.

My second option would be Ethereum as it is the second oldest crypto currency.I would invest 0.3 btc in it.

I would invest the rest 0.2 btc in Golem as it is performing well.

If I have that amount of bitcoin to spent in trading I will invest on popular altcoins because I think the more popular the coins then more volume it has. I will spent it especially on etherum, litecoin, and dash.

Right now, buy all the cheap ass coins! Everything is going down and it will all be cheap since everybody is panicking and selling their coin and going back to bitcoins. This is the best time to buy, before everything goes back up and bitcoins go down again. This happens quite a lot.

Most of all alts now are on red which means this is the best time to buy most of the coins on the top of marketcap. They are the best ones to buy out of your 1 bitcoin you can already buy some of it but its better to diversify or divide your bitcoin on purchasing it. People our now cashing out for bitcoin that's why most alts are on reds now.

Holding your bitcoin is like your investing there is big chance that bitcoin will be increase more than what people see on the future the market cup bitcoin already at the high aff and if you wanted to invest it in altcoins then xem , eth doge are there the best altcoin investment so far for me you can ask also other for there experience using this coins.

LTC = Because it is old, it has a massive reputation. It is well distributed over the years. No brainer. > %40

Monero= Has everything from ltc including the reputation, plus, it is the first anonymous dark market currency. > %30

Dogecoin= Creation of 4chan dudes. It is fast, it is safe. Nothing is shady about it. You simply can't ignore. > %20

ETC= Tbh, I don't like ethereum and anything related to it but this one would come in handy in the future The least preferred one. > %10

From now on I will use  bitcoin.Because it was the latest coin that cost expensive.
I will go with the high value that makes me profit a big value.So that my bitcoin will not waste in a no value kind of trading.
