In this case there is really nothing you can do. However there is this guy here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1624812.0 that says he is offering a cashout service for paypal whether or not your account is legit or not. He takes a large cut though, but it's better than all of your money gone. But you can make a another account with your real identity and send that funds to your new account that you created with your real identity. I know that many people using fake names on PayPal for important reasons, but you have to take risk, because PayPal carefully checking money movement and other information.
