The amount of trolling on this board last night during the correction, whether from bulls or bears, was just too much. People are losing their heads. I'm quite disappointed with the way things are going here. Everyone's just screaming crash and rally.

... this is the point. who do you think is giving them cash in exchange for those bitcoins? there's a buyer to every seller, and so far every coin has gone for a pretty decent price of >$120, and that's a lot of money for a bitcoin. we absorbed what would have been a devastating knife with a lot of strength, it was impressive.

yeah it was a shitstorm. trolls who missed the train trolling bulls who mortgaged their houses a week after the crash to BUY BUY BUY trolling bears who only wanted to buy in a little lower, so they were actually bulls but they were really just trolls.

it probably fed into the n00by panic-fest too... the changing face of bitcoin.

but capitulation is good -- the weak hands leave and the strong hands stay, and more n00bs come; bitcoin deflates, and its price slowly.... climbs... up.

and sometimes not-so-slowly

When the bulls were constantly reassuring themselves the price would go on rising forever 3 weeks ago, it was a clear indicator that the bubble would pop.

Now, bears, you are the ones in a feedback loop, extrapolating the trend towards the future with no regard to fundamentals. Please notice it's you being taken over by the mania. Don't make the mistake some bulls did (anyone heard of BitcoinTate lately?) and get out of your fiat positions before you regret it.

 ;)

I hope mods are going to wake up and ban all people that open more than thread a day unless there's some news in it. That includes you too arepo, you're opening 5 threads a day too, building your so called expert status just to sell your "expert" services later. Keep one thread for your analysis, no need for new threads about each movement, you have more opened threads on first page of speculations than anyone else.

Just as jaroslaw, tesla thant nsomething guy are annoying, bulls were annoying too posting their crap that they found as analysis, the only difference is that other bulls didn't mind it as it was good music for their ears and that these few (tesla, jaroslaw, nsomething) look like they are purposely doing things and they are organized in their attempts as they sound like broken record and keep repeating same stuff like it's one person behind all those accounts.

Nobody give a damn about your "wise thoughts" both of you, just fucking stop spamming the boards.

I'm not lumping you completely to them, they're obvious trolls, you at least write some normal posts.

But I do find it a hypocritical that lot of people are jumping on their necks while they were quiet when smoothie and his brigade were doing similar things with bullish type of posts. I don't like either and don't see a single reason why would any random nobody open a thread about his personal views and predictions, and then do it time after time.

If someone wants to post their own stuff and think there are people who care about it, the one thread is quite enough for it. And that includes you too as much as I don't think you're troll as jaroslaw, tesla, smoothie etc.. SPeculation subforum are flooded with people opening threads after each 3$ movements and it's trolling in my books - plenty of threads where all that could be summed by each of us, no need for trolling boards and making good info harder to find.

Yes, you're totally right, because the fundamentals of fiat** are so much stronger than those of bitcoin, so everyone wants fiat not bitcoins. In fact, it was incredibly hard for you to find someone to sell your coins to at $160, because there are no buyers.

**centralized, backed by nothing, controlled by a corrupt & insolvent bankster-controlled government who prints more money to remain solvent, piece of paper with very little intrinsic value compared to bitcoin's utility, most of it is not even printed (in digital form and under control of banks), only banking institutions can store & transfer USD digitally, quadrillions (many times more than the total amount of fiat in the entire world) bet on derivatives market, Ben Bernanke can print more whenever he wants, declines in value yearly by at least twice the stated government inflation figures, etc. etc. etc.

Lately, these bear threads have been great.

I haven't called him a scammer. I've just being sincere with him as I don't like when someone markets himself with lot of technical talk just to start a commercial service to sell that talk. I see it pointless, just like Clickbanks "How I a make 300k per year with hour of work" ebooks for 14.99$. If you're good in making 300k per year from Internet Marketing, then you won't sell those ebooks unless them make those 300k for you :), it's same with this - if you're good in predicting market movements than put your money where your mouth is, selling those views is not something I find very cool. He has the right to do it though.

I've mentioned him because he does tend to open threads too often for stuff that could be dealt with in one single thread. In the moment I've wrote first post on this thread he had 4 opened thread on first page of speculations while jaroslaw, tesla and third guy had 3. So, we have to put things where they belong, we can't scream at one group because we don't like what they are writing but giving others a go because it fits us.

All in all, I don't mind arepo, he looks like nice guy, just wanted to add some balance to this obvious chaos on speculation subforum recently as bulls tend to view things selectively if you don't remind them periodically :).

First JR member that has something good to say.

seriously what is going on?  In a thread that was ment to say hey everyone lets take a step back and maybe tone down the rhetoric.  Everyone is getting all pissy and rude. I like the PO post, if your a bull, bear, or MAYBE just people that like to talk about BITCOINS, we all need to just think a little before we jump right in and spew whatever we want. lets post interesting thoughtful topics that we can all discus.

dont get me wrong im as guilty as the next guy about this (maybe not as bad as some...but wont get into that) Ill try to tone it down and just talk about bitcoin....the thing that brought us all here.

but one last thing, to all of you who sold out and hold nothing. please GTFO and go play Frisbee or go bowling. Just dont post on here if you are not holding.  thats the worst IMO. no marketing at all, i've been posting analysis on the forums for the last 2 years and only published a price report because many expressed their interest for such a thing. the only reason i charged is because i generally do not have the time to work on a detailed, publishable report, as i mostly just trade on my notes.

this all started just because i opened 'too many new threads' for your taste, but i was daytrading for some 20 hours yesterday and didn't have much else to do than commune with whoever was online. my threads were not FUD, or spam, or excessive, but varied in topic and relatively unique.

please stop passing judgments...
