https://www.libertybit.com/ - I think the lowest fees, 0.5% is lower than mtgox. https://www.cavirtex.com/home - has a 3% fee. https://btcto.com/ - don't know if they're operational yet. Not bad for larger sums...it'll eat away at smaller amounts.

Never heard of it but the first alarm bell that rings is that it asks for your PayPal email before even explaining what the website does.
