Dev's premine is 810 million GLO, miners get 800 GLO per 2-minute block, so it'll take 1012500 blocks or 3.85 years of mining before the supply is down to 50% belonging to the dev and 50% belonging to EVERYONE ELSE PUT TOGETHER. And if the dev decides to stake the premine, then it will simply never happen. I would not waste any time on this.
