Some of them just throw together an annoying presentation or website with loads of spelling errors and let it be. Onecoin are going the whole way when getting loads of naive investors to throw their money in thinking they'll get rich on the latest original cryptocurrency.

This is a scamcoin and all lawyers in the world won't change that. Onecoin doesn't have enough time to go to court, by the time the verdict is reached they'll be far gone with all the money.
