Been mining here for a few days, it's great, best LTC pool I've found, as far as performance goes. The only down side I've been able to find is a lack of historical data on the personal stats such as hashrate and income. It DOES show current balance and hashrate as well as a list of transactions, though. Overall, good pool.

I can also vouch for the site, as I have had a few of my miners pointed over here the last couple of days. The pool has already had few blocks found and the payouts are instant as advertised.

The stale rate so far has been really low, but to be fair since it has only been a few days with a low amount of users, I will hold off on that judgment (although it has been great so far) until I have more time in at the pool.

The front-end still needs a bit of work, and I am sure that will eventually come, but the backend seems to be solid and running like a champ.

I will keep my current miners pointed here and may switch a few more over if things continue to run smoothly. The good thing for me is the owner stated they are located in the central US, which is also where I am located, so it is probably one of the better pools for me, at least connection wise.

Been mining here for a few days now and so far great pool.  Any hiccups that I have come across have been quickly attended to by the admin and stales are nice and low.  Can't wait for my other 7950s to get here so I can point them this way as well.  The new features that you are planning on implementing will make this pool perfect for me.

Earnings are credited after 120 block confirmations.

Legacy is just for anything that doesnt support stratum.  If whatever you are using software wise to mine with CPU, if it supports stratum you can use that.  If it doesnt, you can setup the stratum proxy to still connect to our server with stratum.

As the pool is just starting, no need to be afraid of the low hash rate. There are less users to share the block. :)
Btw...Using one of my GPUs as example (rejects): 0.38% @ Invasion, 1.8% @ Ltcmine.ru.

It's a huge improvement for me as well. I was getting something in the area of ~3-5% invalid, and here it's ~.15% :) Massive improvement.

Now, on the subject of front-ends that Number6 mentioned, it WOULD be really nice to have some kind of calculator to estimate my income, and perhaps a little bit more info on what my machines and the pool as a whole are doing right this moment. Historical data is nice, but so is current data. :D

Does Cudaminer not support Stratum? I tried to get it to use it but kept getting errors so right now I am using legacy.

That i am not sure on.  But if it does not, you can setup a stratum proxy on your local box and connect to stratum that way.

I was using the proxy.  Still couldn't get it to work.  Posted in the Cudaminer thread about it.  Will do more investigating about it tonight but right now I am just going the old way.

One suggestion I would like to see is more info about what your payment is.

Right now I only see Round Estimates. I would like to see Confirmed and Unconfirmed numbers.  The pool I came from had it laid out like this:
Balance(LC)   Unconfirmed(LC)   Round shares   Estimate(LC)   KHash/s

I would like something similar.

EDIT: Oh and I am doing awesome in this pool even though it's far smaller than the other.  I am already in 3 hours earned what I did in 24 hours in my old pool.

Yes, for a new pool the blocks have thus far been pretty mild. :)

My 0.02LTC:  I'm just a small-time miner (2 cpus and a 6450) for now, but my rejects are less than 0.25% out of over 3400 shares!  I haven't come anywhere close to that on any other pool or currency!  While a higher pool hash rate makes the blocks come faster, it makes it harder for a small-time miner to compete for share when there are several MASSIVE miners in the pool.  Nonetheless, this pool has given me the best shot at getting a foothold than the dozen or so other pools I've tried.

I concur with earlier posts about more detailed stats would be nice, and a pool API and a (working) user API for stats would also be nice (or I'm missing something somewhere :).

On my dual 7970 box, I got 100k accepts and just 66 rejects according to cgminer, or a .066 % reject rate!

Now lets get that next block, this current one has been a bugger.

Is something going on with the servers tonight? Both my mining machines are having constant connection issues and are basically working for a few seconds then not working for a few seconds.  My desktop is Stratum and my laptop is getwork and both seem to be having issues getting enough work to keep them busy.

probably just a little hiccup as we were working through some new features.  everything is ok.

Having the same problem this morning.  It's dropped my hash rate from 160 down to about 75.

i just rebooted it because it was pissing me off.  can you let me know how it is now?

Well I am online now for the moment.  I rebooted my router and after it came online it either solved the problem or you fixed whatever was happening on the backend.  Most likely it was my router messing up. :(

First time I have had issues like this with my router.  Will keep an eye on things.

Of course soon as I posted my desktop stopped mining and a few seconds later my laptop did.  Checked the logs and am seeing that I was disconnected to Stratum from Invasionnetwork.

Somethings is still going on. I am getting murdered in my hash rates and I already am slow.

Ok, I seem to be going strong now for about 10 minutes.  A few small hiccups for a second or two but not like it was before.  Both machines are humming away now.

What in the blazes is going on with the pool?

I keep periodically getting stretches of timeouts, and since about midday today all of my miners are reported on the site at half their actual hash rates.

And I understand from Warhawk's post on forum.litecoin.net (https://forum.litecoin.net/index.php/topic,2856.msg20430.html#msg20430) that the pool double paid one block, but seriously, how did taking 50% of my account balance make up for that fairly? For one thing, I was adjusted downward about 3x too much (I average 0.12-0.13 per block tops, and I had 0.34 taken for that one double paid block), and for another, I recognize that I'm a little guy and just running at an average of 120kH/s total - even 50% of my total paid shares to date (approximately 24hrs) wouldn't make much of a dent in the double payment deficit of the big hashers in the pool.

I actually really like this pool, but come on... not cool.

Connection issues from here, my miners switched to the PPS backup pool. :( Will try again in a few hours.

Stability seems to be a little improved now. But I'm still getting a cluster of HTTP request timeouts followed by some stale shares every 15-30min on legacy (tested stratum earlier today on a different network connection with similar results). Also some occasional "Unexpected error during authorization" errors.

I'm sure you'll get all the hiccups ironed out, the pool looks promising for sure!

at the time of writing this (1:45am central time) i believe the fix is in place.   hammer this bitch with all the hashes ya got and lets see what happens :D

Guys, LTC payout address locking is in place. Once you check that and save, your payout addy can never be updated. This is an awesome security feature, as if your account got hacked for whatever reason, they couldnt cash out to their address.

Hmm, it seems that this wasn't an option when I registered my account... the "forgot password" option similarly doesn't work.

Anyway, it would be nice to be able to change the email address as part of the user account options anyway, even for new users.

What's up with the lack of payouts for blocks the last 24+ hours? 

Not sure what you are talking about.  We had a 7+ million share round that is still confirming right now.

Very nice pool guy. Very low stales and nice low share diff. to let ya run older stuff and still get a fair return.

But, and there always seems to be one.

My last pool was Coinotron. There with 3 X 7950 I was getting 3.7 ltc a day, every day.
I added a 7950 to have 4 x 7950 and joined your pool.
Now over the last three days i made roughly 3.5 coins/day with your pool, how is it that I get .2 less coins/day with a 25% increase in hash power.
Also you pool stats page says I should get 5.5, and so do all the calcs online.

Please help a newbie to understand before i add more cards, and or, switch pools again cuz i do like this one.

My buddy with the same setup got a steady 5.3 coins/day with coinotron. I am so confused

Part of it is LTC difficulty changes almost every three days and also the pools luck.  I know with 4 7950s for the first two days the pool was up I earned 20+ ltc a day since we were really lucky.  If we only find a few blocks a day or one we will all earn less.

But the diff has not changes that much. So then it is just luck. I have a hard time beliving coinotron is that much luckier. I guess I just don't understand how all the reward systems work. I read the explantions in the forum, and still don't get it. To me it seems that pps is the better way to go. It is all supposed to even out but I just don't see it. Please explain for a thick headed guy, lol

Ok, after re-reading the payout system posts, I think I might maybe get it ???

Then to me at least, the coins/day est. on the pool stats page should reflect the pools avg luck, instead of just the 50% estimate all the other calcs give.

I mean people would probably like a true est. better the the 50% that we hope to have the pools luck at.
Is this even do-able. It would reflect a more solid guess at coins/day.

Example:

The pools status page says I should get 5.4 coins/day and that I get about 0.85 coins/round.
Doing the math on that comes out to we need to find 7 blocks a day to hit the est.

Looking back thru the block sat page I don't even see a day the pool got 7 blocks, so how can the est. be 5.6/coins/day.
The avg block/day seems like about 4 blocks/day, so the est should read around 3.6 coins/day.

Am I missing something? Maybe not do-able?

In a smaller pool, the variance is a lot more obvious.  Some days you will blow the estimate out of the water, others you will fall short.  Less hashing power overall of the pool means its going to have larger swings, but still equal out in the end.  larger pools you find a lot more blocks, but get a smaller chunk.

Quick question for you warhawk, any chance there is a plan on implementing higher worker difficulties for workers with a higher hash rate or user select able difficulty?  My rigs run fine at 16 but I get less rejects at 256 and the other at 512.  No big deal either way was just curious.

It wont chance payouts at all.  It does help the server out a bit and reduce stales.

I just brought around 15MH over.  Was at pooledbits.com for a day and got nearly nothing. I've made more here already after less than 2 hours. I was at Burnside's pool before but stales were killing me. So far, great pool and low low staples!

Glad to see a familiar face move over here.  Burnsides pool is terrible for stales.  I was sitting at 10-12% and now as of this writing my 4 x 7950 rig is at 0.9% here.  Gotta love this pool.

Giving you guys a try with one card, and so far so good - not a single stale.  I'm not used to this.

Well just checked my workers again today and after 30+ hrs of straight mining I'm sitting at 0.65% stales.  Hands down the lowest of any pool I've mined on since I started mining.  ;D

I am closer to 1%, but that is on our fairly crappy wireless connections to a very crappy ISP (monopolies, peh).  Head and shoulders better than what I usually see ANYwhere else.  Fantastic job!

I'm just a low-rate hasher scoping things out before I put out any serious coin for a Useful Rig.  I tended to mine in the smaller pools thinking I would be somehow squashed by the Big Rigs out there. But what I found was that the smaller pools would go days without a block when they hit one of those multiple million share blocks!  But in a huge pool like this one, you hit many blocks a day and even a small-fry like me gets his regular (if micro) piece of the pie, more than any other pool I've tried. And there are a couple of mongo rigs in this pool!  It nice to get something for my spare cycles while I get my own rig together.

168363 shares, 1034 stale, works out to 0.6 %. It would probably be lower
if I used --nosubmitstales, but about half the time they get accepted, so I don't :o

Have you seen this about the bug in the stratum code.

It lets custom miner software cheat the pool by somehow sending in false shares.

Don't think it is hppennig to us, but thought you should know.
