Yeah, that's true. A lot of times, they just posted a very short ANN, then, some brief description and that's it.
Very few are real developers from these thousands of coins.
But still, a large number of people will ride the bandwagon and invest even if it's blatantly a crappy project.
No wonder, scammers are everywhere here because they are allowed to exist.  ::)
